We have an industrial humidifier in our printing facility but the RO system was not keeping up which was leaving a white layer of dust over surfaces. We called Loren and he was out the same day to test the water. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the membranes the next day for us. Amazing, friendly service! I highly recommend Loren and the team at Martin Water.

This was year #2 that we again had the technician, Zach, from Martin Water Conditioning. He was a polite and professional gentleman. His work was efficient and thorough. He had educated us what jobs he had completed. We appreciated the fact that the technician calls prior to coming to let you know an ETA. He had left literature with us to finish the water filtering process. This was helpful. The scheduler, Willie, from Martin was also very kind and helpful to make this appointment. Loren did an awesome and thorough job of explaining our water system for our new-home walk-through. He changed the filters and presented a good way ahead to make sure we are effectively conditioning our water. At no point did he try to upsell us and it was all very straight-forward and honest.

Always professional in providing the services needed. The service technician (Wendell) took the time to explain everything being done and was willing to provide answers to any questions we had. The work area was left clean as one would expect. He presented himself in a professional and pleasant demeanor. Would highly recommend their service.

We have been using Martin Water Conditioning for years. We just replaced our old system, and Kervin was courteous, hardworking and thorough with the installation. Martin is state-of-the-art and our new system is very different. Kervin upgraded the pipes and the system is digital. They were able to keep our reverse osmosis drinking water as is. Our drinking water is amazing!!!
We installed a Martin Water Conditioning system in our home early in 2025. Recently, our service person, Duane Good came into to check our system, replenish the salt and test our water. He was very professional and we are very pleased with the quality of service and the water system is working perfectly I would recommend Martin Water Conditioning to anyone who is thinking of drinking better water
We are long-standing, happy customers of Martin’s Water. They are friendly and professional. We love our reverse osmosis filter system at our kitchen sink and Wendell helped us with some maintenance on our filtration system for our severely iron-heavy water yesterday. We suffered for years with our iron issues and know that it’s worth the investment to treat our water and be able to confidently drink our own water to stay healthy.
