This is the second time I have used Mastercraft Wood Flooring. Hugh, Johnny, and their crew are gifted professionals in the old school sense. They possess an exceptional work ethic and as the job progresses their skill and attention to detail are readily apparent. The initial inspection was thorough, the scope of the work was clearly defined with various options and costs discussed and agreed upon. Johnny kept me apprised of the work progress and on several occasions where matching the new floor with the existing floor presented some minor issues he provided me with a clear and concise explanation of the problem with recommended solutions. Bottom line, MWF exceeded expectations, completed the job on schedule and on budget.

Wood Floors by Mastercraft was excellent! We had our hardwood floors refinished and we are more than thrilled with the results. Wife and I think they look better now than when they were new. Hugh and his team are top notch.

We had Mastercraft remove old ugly tile and they replaced it with beautiful wood flooring to match the existing wood floor. They did an excellant job! Hugh and the crew are very professional and made sure we knew each step as they went along. We look forward to the next steps of sanding and staining process.

Hugh and his craftsmen blended original hardwood in our home with new red and white oak. you can’t tell the difference and both look wonderful. This 1700 sf project was done on-time and on- budget. We’re looking forward to enjoying our new floors for many years to come.

Excellent company ! Always on time, and were very courteous and polite. Always kept me apprised of any updates, and of the status of my floor. They always cleaned up after themselves after they were finished with their work. Excellent quality of work on the floors, which made the rooms look better than ever.

Excellent company to work with. They have been on-time, on budget and flexible in meeting our requirement's. Their installers are real pros. They were able to weave in new wood with existing flooring flawlessly.

Hugh and Johnny do an incredible job. They initially refinished our old hardwoods after moving into our home. We recently had them back out to install and finish new hardwoods in the kitchen. They did a great job tying the new wood into the existing floor!

I hired another company to install some flooring in my basement. It wasn't going well, so I called Wood Floors By Mastercraft today at 11:00am. Hugh and Johnny were installing the floor by 1:30pm!!
Floor looks amazing and because of Hugh, my project schedule is still on track. I can't thank you guys enough!

Mastercraft Wood Flooring completed the first phase of our new floors in our master bedroom and it looks great. The carpenters did an outstanding job with the installation, on time and without any problems.

I am very happy with my hardwood floors. They provided exceptional service and the crew was so thorough and professional. You can see the pride and the teamwork of Hugh and his team. They worked very hard and clearly knew what they were doing. They clearly have the expertise to do a great job, but they also were very neat and tidy and clean, and we’re always cognizant of my wishes. They were a joy to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were highly recommended to me initially and have proven to warrant the recommendation.

Hugh and his team led by Johnny did a phenomenal job. I cannot say anything negative only Positives! They showed up exactly as scheduled, and stayed on track throughout the whole process. They were polite, hard working, and professional. The end result is gorgeous. Brought new life to our 20 year old floor (as shown in the before and after photos below).

Hugh and crew did a great job. Had bad stain and they cut it out and blended it in with the original floor. Looks like the original. I am a very happy customer.

I highly recommend this company! Hugh and his crew are very skilled and professional. They were in my house for 2 weeks doing the entire 1st floor while we were away. They were very respectful of my property and all was executed perfectly. They moved all our furniture into the garage, then did the floors: full sanding, staining, and sealing,(3 coats)! Then fully cleaned the property. Finally they moved all the furniture back into the house at my convenience!! Everything perfect. Our floors are now the highlight of our house! Finish is over the top!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Hugh and Johnny are top shelf!
