I was not happy with the move. There were several boxes with FRAGILE written on them, that the removalists had stacked heavier things on top of. There are boxes they have left sideways with fragile things in them as well, labelled FRAGILE. They have also left boxes in several rooms without regard to the contents, ie they left kitchen boxes in my bedroom, my son’s boxes were left in the kitchen, my daughter had my boxes labelled with my name in her bedroom. All our boxes were very well noted for which box belongs in what room yet they were put in different rooms that affected our unpacking. Secondly, they damaged the door in my bedroom, both the bottom corner. This area of the door was not damaged during initial inspection when I went to the premises. The removalists also damaged the top of my daughter’s bedroom that also was not damaged during the initial inspection when I saw the premises. Thirdly, they scraped the kitchen floor with the fridge and they were trying to talk their way out of that one. Finally, James asked to borrow my daughter’s phone, and he made a fake 5-star rating. This is dishonest and unethical. Others have written this same alarming behavior that he did in your reviews in the past.

Saif and Bahnam picked up & delivered furniture in a professional manner. They were very helpful, accommodating & polite and would recommend them 100% to anyone requiring a removalist.

Milad and Aiden were awesome. I have relocated a couple of times before with other removals around Sydney but these guys were better than everyone else. They care about your stuff like their own and don't rush for anything. I highly Recommend them for interstate and local relocations.
