Very effective course and teaching for math. They teach concepts with logical reasoning so it becomes very easy to understand for the kids. Each class involves practicing problems after understanding the concept. Highly recommended classes.

My 6 year old and I are both pleased with the exemplary customer treatment that we got from the owner of Singapore Math, and from her staff. We are both also exceptionally pleased with the quality of the curriculum and the instructor, Ms. Michelle.
We had moved from Kumon which was based on memorization and repetition and have so far been very happy with our move to Singapore Math.

Thank you for your kind words! It was only not very long ago in January this year that you hesitated joining our classes because they are virtual. So glad you gave us a try and seeing great results now. Since she joined at such a young age, and because we do our classes year round, by the time she is in 7th grade, she will be two grades ahead of her peers, not only in her level of knowledge of math, but her critical thinking and problem solving skills will be exceptional. Even though knowledge of math can be crammed in a short period of time, those critical thinking and problem solving abilities can only be cultivated over a significant period of time.

My daughter is in first grade and has been taking Singaporean Math and English programs for half a year. Her class just evaluated her for the end of the year, and the results showed that she is ahead of her peers in both subjects. In math, she is at a third-grade level, and in English, she is ready for some fourth-grade material!

Even though this happens to our students all the time, it is still so amazing to see! Singapore Math stimulates our students' critical thinking skill, and it translates to all subject areas. Singapore maths class has worked out really well for us for more than a year now . Though we were initially worried about making our small kids sit through an online maths class, Miss Gowda does a fantastic job of being patient and kind with the 8 year olds while at the same time requiring each of them to actively participate thus keeping them on their toes. Homework is assigned every week and so the kids get more practice everyday. We have always loved the Singapore maths curriculum but it's so much easier to implement it with Miss Gowda support.

I enrolled my daughter to sg math because I wanted her to understand math earlier to help her in middle/high school later on. After a few months I could see that she improved in her school test and solving daily calculation (eg counting prices in supermarket) without paper or calculator. My daughter told me sg math helped her mental math grew stronger and taught her many tips in solving math questions. Now she loves math because she understand it. Recently she took her tag test and she passed it. The teacher does give feedback if they think my child needs to be in different class that suit her. Been with sg math for over a year and so far so good.

Highly recommend Singapore math classes. My son who is now a sophomore in high school had taken classes through Singapore Math while in middle school. He has always enjoyed math, and he credits much of his academic success to the early experiences with Lee Ling and her skilled teachers. He learned not only the math concepts, but also developed his number sense and critical thinking skills to tackle advanced math concepts.

My kids have been attending Singapore Math class for years from Ms. Leeling. Their math scores at school are excellent and it taught the kids how to do problem solving and apply critical thinking. The kids love the class.

Your children are such joy to teach, especially Vedvith. I can't give him enough challenging questions to work on! He now has another classmate who keeps him on his toes. Whenever I put him to compete with his friends, that's when he shines the brightest - he suddenly is full of motivation in solving any difficult questions. Not wanting to lose, he always is able to come up with the solutions :)

Love that the kids had to take an assessment to be placed in the right class. It really helps with the pace and overall learning of the class. My kid really enjoyed her math lessons with Ms Joanette. She found them challenging but fun. And Ms Joanette was patient with the kids and made sure they understood the concepts taught.
As the classes were taught online, it was so easy to just hop on to class from anywhere.

Glad that your child enjoys her math lessons! Instead of placing kids in classes based on their grade levels, we place them by their assessment scores. This is a more accurate way of assessing children's math abilities.
And we focus on the students' conceptual understanding of difficult concepts, and not just knowing the procedural manipulation of steps, which in many ways, is the pitfall of children's math education. Children can know how to manipulate procedures and steps, but not really understanding the why behind it all. This is like building a house on the foundation of sinking sand. In the long run, the house will not stand, and children will suffer in their ability to move forward to deeper and higher level of math.

My kids love the singapore math camps and classes. The puzzles and critical thinking math is their favorite part of the camp. My son’s class is such a fun batch. All the kids hav this healthy competition going on and they look forward to the class every week.

We’ve been homeschooling for eight years. Math was my weakest subject in school and I didn’t want my lack to prohibit my children’s potential. After feeling up against a wall for how to best guide our son through his math education, a friend recommended Singapore Math Camps. Since enrolling, both of our children have seen a boost in their confidence to tackle math work as well as sharpened their understanding of the why behind math. The gift I am most grateful for though, is that Singapore Camps have saved our relationships. Highly recommend this math tutoring service! My child is learning more critical thinking in math than ever before by learning how to look at a problem and hunt for the known first and then solving for the unknown. Solving difficult word problems is getting easier by learning to draw and label pictures and implementing bar modeling also helps a lot! We’ve taken away so many great things from our time in these classes - math confidence is being built! Yay!

I found Singapore Math Camps & Classes and enrolled my daughter in the online classes when she was in PreK. The foundation they taught her using Singapore math method has prepared her for more advanced math. She is currently in Kindergarten and is able to do 1st -2nd grade math. She loves math and she's always looking forward to the class. Highly recommended!

My son started this last summer so about a year now, mainly to improve his reading and writing, especially his writing and the improvement is quite obvious, I read his last essay and I was very impressed and guess his teachers at school were impressed with his work as well because he had a solid A at the end of the school year, I’ll highly recommend this service!

Started with Singapore math for my first grader a few months back and within the first couple of months I could see the program has worked very well for my son. The program teach not only the arithmetic part of math but concepts in many different ways using puzzles, word problems, patterns etc. it also covers various related topics like units of measurement and time using practical examples. Basically my son understand the concepts very well because of the program.
