I was referred to Matt’s appliances by several people who had done business with them in the past, I went and found a washer and dryer that i had liked however upon receiving said washing machine I noticed something was off with it and after receiving a phone call from Mr Matt personally in regards to this matter and how he could make it right and he did in fact do just that and he gave me a great deal on a brand new set. I deeply admire the dedication and hard work these men put In to assure that they serve SWLA proud and with integrity in mind. And a quick side note also, if you ever have the pleasure of getting to meet mr glen upon delivery he is phenomenal!

Matt's Applicances are amazing people. YET, The payday loan company they are using is ACIMA! Acima is affiliated with "Rent-A-Center." Acima has ruined my credit. I used Acima to purchase the refrigirator I picked out at Matt's Appliances. Did the Rent-to-own contract with Acima. This was in June. I was terminated wrongfully from my job and contacted Acima to get the Acima plus insurance plan activated to help with my bi-weekly payments until I either began getting unemployment or another job. They never opened a case! Have listed me as a person who does not pay her bills on time. Through research, I have found out that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has filed a lawsuit with Acima for back credit practices! Matt's please find another means of financing! Please?! You guys are awesome, but I will not be doing business with any business associated with Acima anymore!

The service is top notch and they are so easy to work with. They have a great selection of different washers, dryers and refrigerators!! I highly recommend them!!

Young kid kept twirling something in his hands. Kept saying, " Umm, I don't think we do that" or " Noo, we don't do that". Also pricing... Couldn't decide on how much to charge for what. Kept adding $75 to everything I said. So unprofessional. I'll never go back. 😡😡🙄🙄

Jerry @ Matt's was wonderful in replacing a freezer that was full of meat. Made it simple & easy and a shout out to Glen who delivered was absolutely a 1 man band. Awesome & easy, Matt's surely made it right. I recommend them for appliances.

I am so pleased with this company. We had a wonderful experience with Matt's Appliances. The technicians are polite, thorough, and neat. They diagnosed the issues very quickly and was able to fix the problem. They really know their appliances and won’t waste your time and will save you a LOT of money. We would absolutely use this company over and over again and highly recommend them to others all the time.

A great place if you are looking for new or used appliances. With the great price it’s hard to beat their deals ! I have gotten around half a dozen appliance's from them for myself and family. If I had any problem with my appliances they are quick to get it looked at and back to me. I would recommend anyone looking for appliances to go check them out. I’ve been going to them for the past three years and been very satisfied with every purchase I’ve made and I look forward to dealing with in the future. With the great staff that works on the appliance to the sales guys on the floor I always have a good experience dealing with them.
