Je suis cliente depuis plusieurs années et j’ai récent eu un problème avec mon véhicule neuf. Malgré tout les désagrément que cela m’a causé j’ai eu un excellent support et service après vente de Fabrice Decosse, Joe Ghafari et Jeff Aoun . Ils ont été très empathique face à ma situation et ont tout fait pour régler le problème. J’ai sentie que ma sécurité et satisfaction était très importante pour eux. Very happy with my Ms. Ikran who was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I went to visit four times before making a decision. And that is because of her openness and understanding of the big decision I was making. She knew her car details very well and helped me set up everything once I purchased the car. I would recommend her highly!
The whole team including Jeff the manager, were great to me and wanted to make sure I left happy and satisfied. I would definitely buy another Mazda from them and will share that with my friends also. Keep up the good work! Merci encore Ikran! 😊

Je n’ai pas fait d’achat chez Mazda Gabriel Anjou, mais je voulais juste donner mon avis sur leur service à la clientèle. Les deux conseillères que j’ai eues sont vraiment gentilles et compréhensibles. Mais le service de Céleste a été un des meilleurs de tous les concessionnaires que j’ai visité!!! Elle a un excellent service à la clientèle, et elle sait bien conseiller, j’ai vraiment adoré ma visite chez Mazda Anjou!!! Continuez comme ça!!!

I bought my used mazda mx-30 with only 4000km back in May. I had a great experience with the sales manager Marwane, who is a class act in every way. I meant to write a positive review then, but never got around to it. Fast forward 6mo. later, my mechanic informed me that he could not put on my winter tires because there was no key(I had unwittingly thrown it away). I called up Marwanne, and within an hour, he changed all the locks on my tires and presented me with a brand new key, at no charge. Amazing service....thank-you!
