Fantastic job! On time, great price, great customer service and dedicated to helping me fix my challenge. The previous owner of my home waxed our Vinyl plank floors haphazardly and McFarran took on the challenge to remove the wax and now they look beautiful!

I should have been wary when it took me 3 phone calls to get them to respond They finally responded and now I wish they had not.
The guy had no idea how to clean. Don't know if he even cleaned anything out as he seemed to have no clue what he was doing. Ended up he broke my brand new stove, said he would come back to fix. Now can't get hold of him. And all the grief cost me $200. Buyer beware!

Great team! Reliable, professional and willing to go the extra mile to meet customer needs. Sean, Ralph and their crew rehabilitated a chimney on our 1870 Victorian house and repaired leaks around two other chimneys. As can happen with old houses, we encountered a few challenges/surprises, but Sean and Ralph stayed with it until the job was done right and to our satisfaction. Throughout the process they communicated frequently and were flexible in their problem solving. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use them again for future projects.
