Martin from MCR came out at very short notice during the festive period to repair our boiler which before hand had left us with no heating or hot water . Martin was very professional , knowledgeable and very well priced considering the time of year , much appreciated thanks thanks and all the best !!!

We have used Martin's plumbing services a couple of times. He replaced a faulty bathroom tap. Then he fixed a malfunctioning toilet cistern and fixed it to the floor properly. Whenever Martin and his colleague have been to our house he is polite and professional. He carries out the work to a good standard and cleans up any mess afterwards. I would definitely use the company again in the future. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, we’ve have been delighted with MCR Plumbing & Heating. I contacted Martin when we had a leak in our bathroom. He came out next day (despite the snow) and was able to quickly identify and clearly explain the source of the leak. Martin was very professional, polite and friendly throughout our communication prior to the work being commenced. The work was carried out just over 3 weeks from first contacting, and we were delighted to have it done for Christmas. We felt very informed throughout and had full trust in both guys to complete the job to a high standard. On both days, they cleaned up after themselves and talked me through what they had done. We have decided to have some more work done on the bathroom in the new year along with a few other jobs. I’m glad we now have a reliable company to use for all our plumbing and heating needs. Contacted MCR plumbing with a heating problem on a very cold day. Despite being very busy they came within a few hours and resolved my problem with the boiler in a friendly and professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company. Turned up right on time they said they would. Did an excellent job replacing my gas hob, even took away the old one which I did not expect. Efficient, friendly and tidy. Will certainly use again. Thanks 😊

Our shower broke and Martin was out the same day to have a look, and we had a replacement fitted the next day. Absolutely excellent service, friendly and honest, they even cleaned up after themselves. Cannot fault them, would definitely recommend, 10/10.

We had MCR plumbing and heating in to replace radiators. The guys not only replaced the radiators (they gave us a nice brochure to choose from) but they let us know the older pipes were not going to be good enough to get the full capability of the radiators. They arrived, were amazingly polite, done a very good job and tidied up after themselves which is more than i see most trades people do. 10/10, will have back for more work in the near future

Fabulous work by Martin and his team. Bath out and new shower base and wet wall all fitted in 1 day. No hassel and everything cleaned up straight away. Would recommend highly 😀
