Over the years, the very first thing I do when flying Qantas is rip the magazine from the seat pocket and go straight to the MDT Design page, holding my engagement ring up to the page to imagine what my diamond would look like in their designs. I have coveted a tension ring for so long, and had discussed with my husband that for our 25th wedding anniversary I would like my original diamond reset into this design. I visited their showroom in 2014 to discuss the process, and again in 2015, then dropped my diamond in 2016 (I live interstate so this was all done to coincide with Melbourne visits). My husband and I then arranged to spend our anniversary in Melbourne staying for a few days, just so we could collect my ring on our actual anniversary date (there should be an MDT Design option in the Melbourne Tourism survey on "why you visited"!!). There is always a moment of trepidation when you covet something for so long and invest so much emotion, that you may have built it up too much and might be disappointed. Well my ring is everything I imagined, and I am so happy with it. Thank you to Theo and the team at MDT x

Helpful, friendly and quick service! I didn't book an appointment so just did a walk-in and the staff welcomed me with a smile and answered all my questions. Was initially told to come back in two days time to pick up my necklace but I requested an earlier date and it was granted. No hassle just good service! Will come back next time for sure.
