It was a great experience of care and patient-medical service provider relation at medica hospital cardiology cath lab. My wife suchandra maitra was admitted to this hospital under Dr Dilip Kumar who is a legend this days.
Ms Kaberi kundu, a proactive personality is to be well remembered for her unique and cordial behaviour. She might be an asset of the organisation. I met a good man Loknath Pal also.
Ms Chandrani of tpa desk is nice to interact. She is very helpful I also thank Mr Vivek Bhattacharjee for his good gesture.

No faithful services are extended to the patient party by the hospital authority for quite sometime past. Medical officer attending to the ward are hopeless. Cordinator designation employee (Soma for Dr. Tanmoy Benerje, critical medicine) attached to the sr.physician is reluctant and habitual to tell lie to the pt.party.. also, the treatment procedure at the hospital is not transparent.. Now I am afraid whether I will visit to medica hospital in future or not.

My daughter had admitted at Medica Hospital bed no.545A on 17.09.24 and Discharged on 19.09.24. Hospital services like nursing, bed services etc are excellent. In future if any uneventful happened! I will visit to Medica Hospital. Thanks to all Nurses and others staff members for their remarkable services.
