Die Ansprechperson war immer erreichbar und hat alle Fragen offen und ehrlich beantwortet. Am Tag der Operation war leider eine Wartezeit von 3.5 Stunden nach besprochenen Termin bevor die Operation dann wirklich gestartet hat. Die Transplantation selbst war in Ordnung. Das Operationspersonal wirkte sehr kompetent könnte jedoch weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Die Narkose spritzen sind sehr unangenehm der Eingriff selbst hingegen ist zwar langwierig aber gut zum aushalten. Nach der Operation konnte ich gut schlafen auch wenn die Position in Rückenlage ungewohnt war.

Имах 3 дена в които бях постоянно под крилото на професионалистите от Клинкана. Още от автогарата бях доларан до хотела. Придружен от шофьора за изследванията нужни преди операцията. Първия ден съветвам да се разходите и разгледате , което ще ви отпусне. По центъра на Истанбул видях доста хора с лентите които се поставят след операция. Мен лично още ме държеше упойката след интервенцията и го карах по-кротко. Операцията е малко дълга, но “красотата изисква жертви” След нея бях придружен от екипа до хотела. Ползвах възглавницата дадена ми предварително за спане. И по-хубаво съм спал, но на сутринта вече бях много по-добре особено след прекрасната закуска. На консултацията ми препоръчаха да подложа на лечение съществуващата ми коса, докато още не съм я загубил за да не ми се налага отново да се подлагам на трансплантации. Смятам да се възползвам тъй като и цената на витамините с което ще се лекувам е доста добра , пък и освен на косата ще помогне и на други нужди от тялото.

My experience was very good. From the hotel shuttle to the procedure. The staff was very helpful in answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Mindenben segítőkész volt a csapat. Nagyon meg voltam elégedve a szervezéssel és a műtéttel. Ajánlom mindenkinek, hogy Törökországba csinálja meg a hajbeültetést.

Great experience, lots of informative information prior to trip by Tony Owens, always on hand to respond to my every query. When I arrived the instructions Tony gave me were easy to follow quick transportation & lovely hotel. My assistant consultant was very warm & welcoming & ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. Thank you Chinara. The operation was much easier than I thought & the after care instructions from the clinicana & Tony in particular were second to none. The communication with Toma before making the decision to go was really really good and comfortable. The welcoming and friendly english speaking staff was amazing, the same with the hotel staff. The doctors seemed very professional and skilled. The 3 stars are giving because of the nursery staff who made the implants. Me and my friend felt they were rude, not understanding and not lisiting to you doing the operation. They even forgot to give me Xanax which everybody apparently has before the operation. This is one day ago so I don’t now how the result will be at the end which off course will influence on the total verdict and rating.
