Visit this clinic after read the positive reviews bout this clinic and is true! Clinic is clean and feel comfortable once step in. Admin is professional and nurse is kind and helpful. Chinese female doctor very kind and soft spoken, explain to me patiently, calm me down during the test. Price also reasonable!

1. Patients have to walk to the back of the clinic. Not good. Suggest arrange for a drive through rather than walking to the back.

This is my second visit to this Clinic. My 1st time experience with this clinic was also disappointing, but I didn't write any feedback since I have decided not to return again. Unfortunately I rush to this clinic again(nearest clinic)because of my 2yrs old kid's finger snapped by the door and bleeding heavily nonstop.It was only 7.45 PM when I stepped into the clinic and the receptionist said the clinic closed.But on the glass door the OPEN signboard was on.When I ask the staff, she mentioned that ,its gonna be 8pm, so they ready to close will not take in anymore customers .I highlighted the emergency because of my daughter's finger bleeding nonstop. Sad to say, the doctor just pass the message to the staff, "for kids emergency ,need to go hospital.The doctor never even come out to take look on the kid's condition.Immediately I rushed to another nearest child specialist.What a very BAD responses as a DOCTOR!!!! .Same unprofessional treatment for my 1st time visit, my another daughter 6yrs old keep crying with heavy fever and body ache.The staff ask us to pay and do co-vid test 1st ;behind the clinic, next to a rubbish bin so that if positive then doctors won't see her.Once the result out as positive, have to back home without doctor seeing the sick kid.I felt very bad on their humanity as a DOCTOR!!!.

The place was very neat. The staff very helpful and guiding. The testing was done neatly without any hassle. Good experience.

Staff and doctor helpful and friendly. Environment clean and comfortable. Got small play ground for small kid play.

Satisfied with the service. Went there to accompany my sister twice to do Covid-19 test. Efficient. Result sent to Whatsapp number. Well done!

Doctor, nurses and sonographer all very good. They scan as well give advice very details and patient to explain and listen. Very recommended clinic. Most important.. Price very affordable.

My first time since I moved here. Staff is very courteous. Did a blood test for my pre medical check up. Staff advised me to purchase online for cheaper rate. On day of blood test, the doctor was very patient in asking all my medical history. On day of results, another doctor attended to me and she was also very patient and explained every result. Excellent service by all staff , from registration to doctors. Will come back for future visits.

They don’t accept foreign credit card. When I call for PCR test, they guarantee result within the same day. But when I reach there, they say they can’t guarantee the result within the same day. They also cannot take foreign WhatsApp number. Not friendly for foreigner.

want to make appointment but staff said can walk in after 2pm for pregnancy scan. we arrived and staff said no scan after 1pm. why????? wasting time
