This place is a SCAM do not go here. I paid $1,200 upfront to receive three laser treatment and received the first two with no problems. Yesterday when I went to receive my last treatment I was shocked to see that the office had been CLEARED out. There were employees from the AUCTION office who were moving equipments and weren't very helpful when I asked them what happened to the office. The phone line isn't in service anymore, the email is NONEXISTENT, social media has been TAKEN DOWN, and there have been no contact from them to me even though I DID NOT RECEIVE MY LAST TREATMENT THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR!!!!! This is a clear indication of fraud and I will report to the local police on this issue.

I scheduled an appointment to have some sun spots and red spots removed. I booked the wrong procedure and without hesitation Holly took me to another room with the correct appliance. She made me feel very comfortable. I was told it would take about 3 applications for the spots to disappear which feels reasonable. I already see a significant difference. I enjoyed the experience and will absolutely go back.

Very professional and nice

Late March I went to Mejor Vida Spa in Ottawa for the first time. I went to have a PLEXR ( or Plasma soft surgery) facial treatment.Non-surgical Eye lift and softening of around the mouth lines. Mejor Vida is a beautiful inviting spa whose very professional and friendly staff were wonderful. The spa itself is spotlessly clean. This is week 3 post treatment and I am very pleased with my results and notice a marked under and over eye difference in my skin. My skin is still a bit sensitive and I am being very careful with sunblock application…as per instruction. I would recommend a consultation.

First off, I must mention that this clinic has the most professional, knowledgable staff that I have ever encountered. Ashlyn checked in regularly to review my healing journey, gave advice and guidance, each step of the way. She is the consummate professional with expert knowledge of skin care. I had been chasing a solution to a “smokers line“ issue for years, without any real satisfaction. The results achieved from this Plasma Lift treatment have been incredible. I am beyond impressed! This treatment should be offered to anyone with the same concern! These amazing results far outweigh any downtime associated with the treatment. I had the Plasma lift treatment on my eyelids for skin laxity, and it was amazing. The Plexr treatment was essentially painless with the numbing cream and the downtime was significantly less than a traditional surgical blepharoplasty. Within days I was back to work and living normally, with instantly tighter eyelids that were no longer droopy. I can't believe all the time and money I saved by choosing to do the plasma lift !
