I'm giving a neutral rating because I wasn't the direct customer and didn't observe what happened. My mother was the customer for a VHS-to-DVD recording that belonged to both of us. When she tried to play the DVD she had purchased, she discovered that it was blank. She did this some time after she picked it up, because she had assumed all was well and didn't get around to watching it for a while. Because of the delay, she was told by the store that she had waited too long to report the problem, so she was denied any refund or correction. While the store's policy is understandable from their point of view, she still got nothing for her money. Potential customers should be careful. Check all recordings as soon as possible, as mistakes can happen.

Hi Cheri - I am so glad you posted. Even though the issue with the DVD was discovered after our 30-day 100% guarantee window, we almost always will work with a client to rectify problems, even years later. Sometimes, depending on the situation and circumstances, there are new charges associated with redoing a project. But, if the DVD was blank (which is easy to determine) and therefore she never received the product for which she paid, we would of course make a new DVD for no charge. This place is great! They were able to digitize some very precious antique photos, video tapes and even a poster board sized collage. Very friendly staff that tolerated me bringing in more photos as I found them. Quick turn around with quality results. Even some of our damaged photos looked great! Thank you!

Gwen and her team have been so very amazing!! They are doing a celebration of Life video for my Dad and have made a very emotional timed very hard task a great process. It is not easy putting 90 years into 100 pictures and they have helped me do just that. Gwen is so understanding and has gone above and beyond for me. Gwen and team, I am so eternally grateful for your caring and amazing talent to make the memory of my Dad so loving and complete.

Absolutely fabulous! I had several VCR tapes from my daughter's childhoods and I needed to put them on flash drives to preserve them and share the home movies with them. Fair prices and great customer service.

From beginning to end, courteous and professional service. When dropping off my old VHS tapes, I was offered several options and prices. We discussed my needs and wants, and was provided a quote. The work was done in a timely manner with good communication when some adjustments were needed. I had mainly old band tapes from the early 2000s which some needed audio adjustments due to high volume. I received all tapes back and everything was on one flash drive. I so happy and excited to be able to share there’s memories with my old band mates, friends and fans. A few of the tapes were of family, some of who have passed, and these videos I will cherish. Having transferred these memories to a digital format gives me peace knowing I’ll have them forever! Thanks for your help, you did a great job and you have a very happy customer! I absolutely recommend!!!

I took seven old family photo albums to Memories to Digital for scanning, some with photos dating back to the early 1900's. They did a wonderful job scanning everything carefully and gently. Everyone that I worked with during the process was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They have incredible customer service. I found out that my mom has four more albums, and I am going to pack them up and haul them across country to have them scanned here as I was so impressed. They are very trustworthy with treasured family photos. Now I can share them with all of my siblings so that everyone can have access to these wonderful memories and photos.

Incredible place! Will certainly be doing business here again. They quoted being finished digitizing our VHS tape in 2 weeks, and it only took 1 business day!
The file they provided came out fantastic as well!
If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would, as being able to share my precious memories with my family is priceless.
The staff is also incredibly kind and welcoming!
