This man right here is a savior and a genius! I wouldn't know what I would have done without him. My car was in the shop for a whole month I got in contact with him through a YouTube video and he told me exactly what the problem was and it turned out to be the exact problem he said. Definitely the man when it comes to Mercedes Benz. His new name should be Mercedes Mike.💪🏻

Honestly, I don’t write reviews and this actually might be my first one but I was so impressed from my initial impression and continue to be after my complete transaction. I am 48 from north central Indiana I am not a mechanic but also not afraid to dive into mechanical work if I have seen it done on video etc. To start off I was having issues of the car (2012 GLK 350) not starting intermittently. I started researching the problem and found the Mercedes Specialist videos and saw a video of my car and thought I can do this myself. So I removed my ignition switch and called a local dealership service/ parts department and told them what was happening and that I would thought I needed a new ignition switch, the rep said that he might be able to program my ignition switch to a new one and key and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t and quoted me different prices. I asked for more details and he couldn’t explain it. I was a little frustrated and thought that maybe I might be able to contact the Mercedes specialist who made the video, I actually found a number and called. Michael actually answered the phone from my first call which is unheard of. I explained to him what was happening and he recognized that it wasn’t my ignition switch but my steering wheel lock and told me that I needed a emulator and bypass the steering lock. He also explained to me why sometimes a ignition switch can be programmed onto a new one and key and why it can’t when the dealer didn’t know or want to share with me. After that I was sold on using him, I asked him if he could help and if I could get the money emulator from him and he said yes. He told me the details to mail the ignition switch and keys to him. He received them and called me the next day and told me that he could do what I needed, sent me a link to pay and had it ready to ship the next day he also sent me a text to keep me updated. I received the parts and installed them and I was up and running. I have 3 other Mercedes I was have a thermostat code on my GLS450 and my dealership wants $1,100 to change that, I texted Michael a question and he helped me out with the question and I changed it myself saving over $950. The guy is very professional, very knowledgeable and will help even if he doesn’t benefit from it.

I was in a desperate situation with my 2011 Mercedes C300 “EIS” it did not recognize my key in the ignition let alone lock and unlock the car. Did research for the 3 days worth of research and came across Mercedes Benz Specialist and was educated and also taken care of . Pricing was extremely better than going to the dealership and being charged 1K and above . Would recommend “EIS” reprogramming and being informed on what to do if any issue with key fob , ESL , EIS and other listing of services provided!

Have you ever been in a situation where all odds are against you and you can’t get anywhere? Well that was me until I came across Michael. I sent him my ECM to diagnose, he did not charge me any money up front until he verified it was faulty. Michael spent hours trying to extract data from my old ECM. Finnally, he was able successful and cloned a new ECM for me. I installed the new ecm he sent me and bam, my issues were fixed. I am beyond blessed for his expertise and professional. He helped me in a very hard time in life and will forever be grateful for his help. I highly recommend his business for any services he offers. God bless him and his team. Thank you!

I’ll keep this as short as possible . These are actually 3 reviews in one . Like a lot of you out there YouTube self made mechanics I miss diagnose my own w204 and had Michael clone my ECM Thinking that was the issue.. After I realize that was not the issue Micheal gladly Refunded me the money. I was very much surprised and very embarrassed. Most shops would’ve charged you a restocking fee or only refunded a partial amount . Believe me, I was very very grateful for this man’s kindness and understanding of my ignorance lol . Second time My W-204 was not running.I paid over $1000 to a “European mechanic “ Who claimed I needed to replace my intake manifold and after replacing it it still did not turn on . He claimed I needed the fuse box replaced and disconnected the fuse box . If anybody has seen the fuse box on a w204, it only has about a gazillion wires . I was upset because he got started without me, authorizing the work on the fuse box. I remembered Micheal just so happened to check up on me and the progress I was making . (THATS another thing about Micheal he follows thru allllll the way to the end even if work isn’t done with him ) I shared my frustration with him and brought him up to speed on what was happening he nonchalantly said” hey if your not happy with your mechanic ill be happy to schedule you in and take a look at it” bruh i didnt know he did this kind of work I thought he was limited to programming emulators for some reason thats the impression I got . I immediately jumped on his offer because I knew this dude knows his stuff from prior conversations we’ve had in person and over the phone . Another Long story short the same day he got my car is the same day he got it running he provided pictures and an explanation on what the problem was . The cost was a couple hundred bucks ! I threw in a tip just because I was so impressed. (And he hooked up the fuse box back in its location no charge ) The third time I dealt with Micheal was with my W213 it was miss firing like crazy . I had it towed in He Show me a picture of spark plug cylinder 1 full of oil and carbon . He Suggested a leak down compression check . After the test came back Cylinder one was done for he’ Suggested I take it in to the dealer and use my extended warranty To cover The repairs because it was something major, possibly total engine failure Which I did and another long story short, Michael was right it was total engine failure now as two days ago. I’m getting a new engine (20k) put in my w213 at the Long Beach Mercedes-Benz up in Signal Hill. There is a lot that I left out like the time Michael followed up on the ECM problem even though he refunded my money he still followed up with suggestions on what might be the problem. He wiener over some diagrams on his own time to help me out.. Or how he was being patient with the tow truck that took over five hours to get there. It’s little things like that that matter to regular folks like me . If you’re reading this and are on the fence about having Michael work on your car, I hope this helps with your decision. (Sorry my spell check and autocorrect wasn’t working )

I have a Mercedes C300 that wouldn’t start. After checking all the things I knew how to check like the battery, and fuses with out any success, I turned to the internet and found this video about the ESL problems. All of my symptoms were pointing to that so I pulled out my ignition switch and sent it along with my key to the Mercedes Benz Specialists. I sent it out Monday and had it back on Wednesday. It ended up being my ignition switch itself which they were able to diagnose when they received it. They cloned a new switch and two new keys and programmed an ESL emulator and sent them back to me car started right away! This is a great company, very helpful, and friendly to deal with.

I had a 2011 C300 Benz that wouldn’t start wouldn’t crank . I came across a video from Mercedes Benz specialist on YouTube and found a way to test to see if it was the ESL and it turns out it was . I ordered a emulator from them and thanks to their help and YouTube tutorials I was able to get my car back on the road and running. Mercedes Benz specialist saved me $1000s in repairs! Would highly recommend

Absolutely top-notch pricing, service and communication! Michael was very responsive via phone and text and sent links to installation videos for my faulty Mercedes steering column lock (ESL). He programmed the emulator the day he received my ignition switch and key fob and it was back in my hands the next day (cross country shipping). A lifesaver! Would give 10 stars if I could.
