A big thank you to MCCA and the team for assisting my family and I to finally be able to access the property market. While it was stressful at times, the team - especially Mohammed Mahboob Murshid worked incredibly hard, and often after hours and on the weekends to ensure everything went smoothly. Pre-approval and full approval went very well and were completed under stressful conditions (like lockdown) in incredible time. May Allah reward them all.

Had an excellent experience with MCCA. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a property and wants to remain with the bounds of Islamic principles. The loan document comes with multiple sign offs of Scholars in Islamic Finance that have reviewed the contract terms on your behalf. Was able to finance a new property purchase and refinance an existing property all with the one transaction and team. It's not as difficult as I thought it would be. Sister Faten went above and beyond, working after hours and weekends to make sure everything was ready on time before settlement.
