These guys are great!! They service all of Texas. They bring the equipment out and install it. You don’t risk paying for something before you even see it because payment is due upon completion. They graciously answered our many questions before, during and after installation, which I very much appreciate. The stair lift works great and I believe it will be really helpful for a long time. I appreciate that the price I was quoted for the chair also included the installation. Another thing I really appreciated was that, when we were discussing add ons, they didn’t have a problem telling me that they didn’t think I needed certain upgrades. They didn’t try to up-sale. If you want a good & safe life call Aaron @ Metroplex Stairlifts!! Aaron delivered as promised. I interviewed 3 other stairlift companies but hands down Metroplex was for me. Owned & operated by Aaron, a local DFW resident made the difference. The pricing was very competitive as well! Nice friendly guys installing & supervised by Aaron till completion. Metroplex Stairlifts owner, Aaron Sargent, installed this well-constructed, plush and comfy padded Stair lift chair unit, today. It glided up and down on its substantial rail, for my straight stairs, easily. Any question was answered comprehensively. Aaron will respond to your concerns quickly and both encourages+welcomes these calls with your product concerns. His body language and eye contact show empathy for them. I evaluate his joyful demeanor which is exceedingly informative when communicating with him. Several times the enthusiasm was great 👍 as he exclaimed how much he loves ❤️ his job. The labor was intense as he used his super drill through the thickly constructed porcelain tile that a contractor had installed over wood for a renovation 26 or so, years earlier. On a scale up to a 5, Aaon Sargent soars to a 7, and above. He took a couple of customer service calls without sacrificing the installation appointment. He neatly cleaned up after the project with the same dexterity and careful precision. He carefully went over the operation of buttons and levers with key information and necessary observations of signals this machine gives for proper maintenance and easy use.

They were the only company to help me get a replacement part and went out of their way to get it done! The owner in particular is fantastic I highly recommend them.

In 10 minutes the technician had my stair chair diagnosed and Running!! Amazingly fast, accurate, and professional! Thank you!! Other companies couldn't help or didn't call back...Great customer service!!

Last Wednesday evening my mother and I were in dire straits: she is disabled and the stairlift she uses became completely inoperable. This immediately caused me to call several companies that serviced and/or repaired stairlifts to see what we could have done to get her chair fixed or replaced asap. I first reached out and spoke with Aaron, the owner of "Metroplex Stairlifts" and I was so very thankful for his great assessment of the stairlift issues over the phone and giving us very honest and reasonable suggestions first on troubleshooting the old stairlift's problems, what could possibly be wrong, and fixed or not; then, we discussed pricing and scheduling/coordination of the installation process--all of which were very clear to me and, again, very reasonable! He kept us very well informed about the timing surrounding the meeting and in-home consultation at with the installer, Matt. Like Aaron, Matt was also very nice, very prompt, great on keeping us informed, and worked so hard to get an excellent new stairlift up and running today, Monday, very quickly for my mother. Matt also patiently/kindly made sure she tried out the stairlift chair and understood how to safely operate it. I also wanted to note: Since Aaron had sold out of the particular kind of stairlift my mother needed (on last Wednesday, when I first reached out to "Metroplex Stairlifts"), had there been one available then, they most likely would've been able to install one sooner (e.g., maybe the next day, Thursday.) However, because of the sold-out situation and the urgency of needing a stairlift asap, Aaron so very kindly offered a used/but in excellent condition lift he had to bring from Houston. By taking this option that Aaron offered, a stairlift would get to us a few days sooner than if we had opted to purchase a brand new one. Long story short: "Metroplex Stairlifts" went above and beyond getting my mom a nice stairlift that was skillfully installed, working great, and given to us at a very nice discount. Metroplex Stairlifts did a great job installing our chairlift. Aaron Sargent the owner is always available to help 24/7. I called him over Labor Day weekend with an issue and he was able to respond immediately; it ended up being “user error” but he gave me great advice; I highly recommend the company.

I have known Aaron professionally for over 15 years in the stairlift industry. His dedication and commitment to his customers is first class, i have visited a number of his completed projects and witnessed the quality workmanship his team does first hand!
