Hi Khushi We appreciate you taking the time to post a review, which is obviously a reflection of having £50 deducted from your £100 deposit, however, we feel it was a token gesture deduction towards the total cost of bagging up the belongings you left, removing the several bin bags that you had bagged and left in the property, including a pair of crutches, which we have returned to Derriford Hospital, in addition to the extensive cleaning that was required to put the room back to how it was when you moved in, in September 2022. Given that you initially moved into the accommodation for the academic year 2022/2023 and chose to renew your tenancy for the 2023/2024 academic year, whilst recommending a friend to the accommodation too, we think goes some way to showing that you did actually have a very good experience at the Mutley Tavern.
