Hermoso Hotel sus cabañas muy calidas.. y su comida exquisita!!...su gente muy servicial , atenta.y super simpaticos..nos sentimos que estabamos en casa...somos personas mayores y nos parecio alejado pero lo disfrutamos muchisiimo!!! fuimos con mi esposo.. del 23 hasta 26/3.. infinitas gracias a todos!!! regresaremos!!! abrazos desde ARGENTINA!!!

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. There were kids at this "adults only" hotel and they don't have a phone to call the front desk, tv's, and the worst wi-fi service. The nite we stayed there, our linens were not clean. The pillows had what looked like dirt on them. I requested ean pillows and the receptionist gave me a snotty attitude because he couldn't understand what I was saying sue to the poor wi-fi. I tried to reach out to them to let them know how I felt with no success

Ich bin zufällig zum Abendessen hier gelandet, da die Dachterrasse einlud nach einem Besuch von Punta Coco. Für ein Essen unter den Sternen und die Frische und Größe der Mahlzeiten ist der Preis vollkommen in Ordnung, auch frühstücken kann man hier ohne Gast zu sein. Cocktail 2 für 1 von 17-19Uhr, nette Kellner, Kartenzahlung möglich , gutes wifi

El hotel está un poco alejado del centro, pero es un lugar encantador. Mi habitación estaba súper bonita, la alberca tenía inflables y estaba a una temperatura deliciosa, la música de ambientación era muy agradable, y la comida muy rica. Me encantó el shampoo y acondicionador de los baños. También me pareció excelente que tienen un baño donde te puedes cambiar y bañar después de hacer check out.

We did not stay at the hotel. But we did go to their restaurant for dinner. A little pricy but the food is excellent and worth the prices they charge. We were impressed by what we saw and will probably book a room at Casa HX the next time we visit Holbox.

Hotel Casa HX was a wonderful hotel for our trip to Isla Holbox. Extremely clean, super relaxing and beautiful, and the staff could not have been anymore accommodating and friendly than they were. Absolutely beautiful getaway hotel, walking distance from a perfect island beach, quick taxi into town... can't say enough good things about this place. My only regret is not staying for a few more days. The front desk was also extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and arranging travel, providing recommendations, and much more!

Beau petit hôtel. Excellent service , de la réception au bar. Bons cocktails et déjeuners. Un plus pour les aguas frescas disponibles à chaque matin! Piscine agréable et beau rooftop bar pour les couchers de soleil. Un peu excentré du centre mais punta coco et quelques beach clubs pas trop loins sont accessible à vélo si les trous d’eau sur la route ne vous dérangent pas. Certaines chambres plus belles que d’autres ( loft avec jaccuzi privé) . La petite suite est plutôt une chambre avec 2 lits et une cuisinette.

Si bien pareciera que está en medio de la nada, está justo al centro del corazón natural de Holbox para moverse en bicicleta y a pie de playas y la reserva biolumínica. Súper bien puesto, qué ricos chilaquiles y qué buena cocina. Es un muy buen hotel en el centro de lo no convencional.

Casa HX es increíble el servicio, la comida y las instalaciones son de 10 👌 Los dueños del hotel te atienden de manera personal te hacen sentir como en casa. Aunque esta un poco retirado del centro vale la pena ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la playa punta cocos en donde puedes ver una puesta de sol hermosisima💚
