Great to work with!
Steve and the whole crew at MGlobal have been so easy to work with. When we partner up on an effort or issue they really listen to understand what we're trying to accomplish, and then act accordingly. They're one of my favorite vendors because we get things done without a lot of extra fluff that can be typical with a lot of contractors.

I found M Global Services by doing a search for 3rd party providers.
I found M Global Services by doing a search regarding 3rd party support companies and came across them. They are not only super responsive but VERY competitive in the marketplace. I have worked directly with Bill Frias and have nothing but great things to say. Great company and very responsive to the customers needs. In our instance, M Global pre-stocked our location with the most common possible failure parts so if a repair was needed it could take place quickly which would minimum our down time. Very brilliant idea and I have personally never seen this done before from a 3rd party maintenance provider. Highly recommend M Global Services if your looking for a 3rd party hardware support company for your AS400 / iSeries system.

Extremely professional company. Very knowledgeable, with understanding of a wide array of systems. They offer multiple levels of service to fit your needs, whether 24/7/365 or typical business hours they will have you covered. I have a server hardware contract with them and am very pleased. Got a great rate and couldn't be happier.
