Medically, I did not have concerns while I was seeing Dr. Turner. Relative to money and their cancellation policy was another story. After a few appointments, Dr. Turner will push you into a "package" plan. You pay for 4 appointments up front. I did several appointments over a year and a half. My last appointment was August 15th. During this, he pushed me to pay for a 4 appointment package while telling me his price increased from 279$ per 30 minute appointment, to 430$. I felt obligated because I was still in the process of figuring out health issues, and if I wouldn't commit to 4 appointments I was back to square one. I agreed, but asked they bill me once per month for 4 months which he agreed to. The next day, I was charged the full amount for all four visits. On 9/23, I was still going through some tough health issues and setup appointments with another local provider that does in person visits instead of solely tele-health like Dr Turner. I sent Dr Turner's office a request for refund and thanked them for their services. I was very polite. 3.5 weeks, 4 emails and 2 texts later with no responses other than "you will hear back soon" I sent a more stern email demanding a refund or I would be taking legal action. They then informed me that for package deals they do not offer refunds and that "Dr Turner makes that very clear to patients." Yeah right. Never was that discussed, and never did I sign that policy. So I got on their patient portal and I found that I signed a policy stating if I request a refund less than 7 days in advance they would only credit me for a future appointment. I requested my refund and cancellation over 2 weeks in advance of my appointment. Additionally, I found that in their portal, appointments are only 350$ per visit rather than the 430$ he was charging me specifically for some reason. At this point I have sent them the copy of my signed policy and demanded a refund in full or I will take legal action. In addition to these insane issues and made up policies, they charge 80$ for cancellations 48 hours in advance, and any time you need a prescription updated or changed they charge a fee (I believe 40$). Never have I had a doctor that charged for prescription updates. Taking advantage of patients who already have a hard time paying crazy high costs for medical care by offering no refunds is mind blowing. After threatening legal action, Dr. Turner called me and we had a good discussion. I provided him feedback on my experience and made some suggestions. He informed me they are working on updating their model and pricing plans and after a bit he finally agreed to refund me. He also informed me that he sent an email saying they do not offer refunds on packages, which he sent me AFTER my appointment ended and it is the 4th bullet point down. Never did I agree to this or sign a policy for this. Brian, their director of operations also reached out asking that I remove this review, and I informed him that people need to see real reviews and understand what they are getting into.

I want to thank Dr. Michael Turner from the bottom of my heart. I turned to him in a state of anxiety and with a lack of understanding of what was happening to my health. He communicated with me both kindly and expertly, diagnosing and helping me a lot. Now I am in good health. If needed, I will definitely contact him again. And I can recommend him to anyone who needs both an expert and a person who communicates well and from a conversation with whom it already becomes easier. Best wishes!

Dr Turner saved me,my husband, and son during our bouts with Covid in 2021! Ivermectin is a wonderful drug and his prescribing of it to help us get over Covid was quite literally a “God send”!

Dr. Turner is an outstanding doctor. He speaks the truth and provides education along with healthy alternative treatment options. I've liked him so much that I have and will continue to refer him to anyone looking for a sound physician.

Dr. Turner is absolutely the best doctor one could recommend. He listens and is honest and makes sure all his patients are satisfied. Definitely did for me what I couldn’t find help with at any other doctor.

It's such a pleasure to speak and work with Dr Turner. I believe that I found a Great Doctor who takes into consideration my beliefs and his passion for taking care of his patients. Our Health Care should not just be about taking care of problems and just prescribing medications. It should be about individual preventative measures-as Dr Turner said to me..."If I need to have you add more blueberries to your smoothie, that is the best course of action."-Thank you Dr Turner.

One of Dr. Turner’s most positive attributes is ability to inspire his patients to take action to improve their lifestyle and their health. He has a vast reservoir of medical knowledge, but his motivational skills is what sets him apart from other physicians.

Dr. Turner is so good about explaining things. When I asked for him to go over my blood work, he took the time to not only explain what was being measured, but why it is important, how does it work in the body and what I can do to improve. I'm so thankful for his knowledge and guidance!

When unable to get into my clinic to have a sinus infection treated, Dr. Turner was able to do a phone conversation with me and had antibiotics phoned into my pharmacy.

Dr. Turner cares about men's health and is knowledgeable, engaged, and looks for creative ways to enhance health.

Great info on all my questions, multiple options for solutions to my issues, cares about the truth and my health over whatever the current narrative might be.

I do not know how else to word this other than Dr. Turner is a godsend. I have only had my initial visit, but I already look forward to future appointments. How many doctors can you say actually listen to your concerns and validated you, rather than brushed you off and prescribed a medication for temporary relief? In one visit, I felt I finally had a doctor in my corner who took my concerns seriously and wanted to help improve my health with more than just a prescription. Doctors like Dr. Turner are rare and I am forever grateful for my future MIL recommending him. I was hesitant to make an appointment, even questioned my MIL asking if she was sure he’d help me. Honestly, it is sad that I stressed about whether or not a doctor would actually listen to me. In the end, I stressed for nothing. Dr. Turner helped me more in thirty minutes than any of the doctors I have seen in the last three years.
