Venue is a tad tired. Buffet was basic. Had a great night.
Extremely disappointed no one thought to clear tables until the very end; especially when serving staff standing around doing nothing. Plates and glasses sat on tables for hours.

Dreadful customer service.
Emailed the venue hire admin and got no reply for requesting a quote.
London got plenty of better venues with better customer service.
Avoid like plague.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your opinion about the Club - if you emailed our enquiries email you will have received our auto-response that explains we are a Member's Club (not a music venue!) and also made up of a team of volunteers with a tiny core staff.
We are really sorry that we haven't responded to your email, we do take the time to answer the many emails we receive so if yours have been overlooked it is an oversight, it's also worth checking your spam folder!

Toller, typisch englischer Clubraum
Macht Spaß hier zu sein, live Musik und Platz zum tanzen, machen es attraktiv.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder her.
Insbesondere.mochte ich auch den sehr guten Service hervorheben.
Verständigung deutsch-englisch mit einem Glas Bier, klappt sehr gut . Ein echter Geheimtipp!
