Worst pool service in Houston. They forget to come at least once a month and will not refund your money. If you are not watching them while they are servicing your pool they will not do a complete service. They do more damage to your pool equipment than if they didn’t come. Also will not return phone calls. Please save your money and DO NOT HIRE

I would like to give a big thanks to Miller Pools. We had some concrete work done around our pool a few months back. For unknown reasons we had some issues with a portion that was poured. Mr. Miller came out and after looking at what happened although no fault of his or the concrete company came back and made it right. Our pool decking looks great and we are very pleased. Mr. Miller is a man of his word and the reason we will be trusting him with all of our future pool needs. We have been using his pool cleaning services and highly recommend his crew!!! Thanks again!

My experience with this company was very bad. I hired Miller Pools for a full service, once a week cleaning and maintenance (chemicals included) for $215 per month. Seemed like a good price for full service, and with my promotional mailer, the fourth month was going to be free. The service tech came and "cleaned" the pool. There was still visible dirt at the bottom, but the tech explained to my wife that there was a hairline fracture in the pool equipment that prevented the vacuum from working properly. A service person showed up a few days later, and informed us that the "call out fee" was $150 and it was an additional $20 to fix the problem, which was not a crack but a worn out o-ring. We agreed to pay, but weren't happy about the cost and the bad communication and didnt understand why we would be charged a call out fee that we werent told about. When we called to complain the person at the office said the service person incorrectly explained how the charges work to us but offered to refund the service only if we would allow someone to come to our house to remove the o-ring. I was shocked. I couldn't believe that this company that we'd hired to service the pool would willing send someone to our home to remove a critical component of the pool equipment, leaving the equipment inoperable. When we complained about this to the owner he said there is no way they would actually do that despite what his employee had said. The owner discounted what we had paid for the o rings but we no longer felt comfortable with the company. We made the very easy decision to cancel our service contract. It's been a week since our last service and the pool is already turning green. I wish I had never received that mailer. Find a different pool company, this one does not care about you.

Very disappointed with the service. I called to request a service call to determine who my return water had low pressure. The technician came out on Thursday morning and first tells me it was due to low water, I pointed out that the water level was where it should be, he agreed after looking in the skimmer basket. A while later he told me he was done, when I asked what the issue was, he replied he cleaned the filters, I asked if that fixed the problem and he replied" I think your pump is going out" ???? He tried to explain and I told him I would call the office. I checked my pool pump and now it wasn't working. I called the office and explained I didn't request a filter cleaning, I needed someone to check to see why my water pressure was low, I was told I wouldn't be charged for the filter cleaning..I asked when someone else could come out and check the water pressure and now the pump. I was told someone would call me and let me know.. 5 hours later noone had called me. I called the office and after a long wait, I was told it would be Monday, I explained my pump was working before the service call and now it's not, I needed someone sooner since 4 days without a pump was too long, I was told we'll that's when he'll be there. I called back and got a recording so I left a message asking for the manager call me to discuss. Here it is 3 days later and no call back. This is unacceptable service from any business. I had been a customer since September 2023. Very disappointed.. Update 4/21: was told store manager would call me today 4/22, guess what? No call Update 4/24...still no call from manager or anyone else

From really good to flat out terrible If you had asked me about 5 weeks ago about Miller Pools, I would’ve raved about them. That is no longer the case. My pool has needed a filter cleaning for over a month. I was told by the tech he was going to take care of it but the following week he didn’t even show up to clean my pool. That wasn’t a big deal. I understand things happen. They came out the next week and “cleaned” my pool but again did not address the filter. The week after that no one showed up. I’ve called multiple times about both these issues. My filter has still not been addressed. I feel at this point I have to babysit and call to make sure someone is coming out. Want to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s looking like I need to find another pool company.

Miller pools does a great job servicing my pool. The last few times I have had issues or something that needed to be checked a tech was out in 24 hours or less. Also, my pool is serviced weekly by Ray, who does an incredible job. If there are any concerns or messages that need to be relayed, Ray handles it immediately. Ray also does an amazing job with the cleaning every week. Highly recommend.
