Great service, next day appointment. Came out assessed the problem, ordered the parts came back and fixed it. Will definitely use again.

Alex arrived on time and while the range was working again (surprise) he still took the time to check everything. I’m told the diagnosis is good for 3 months so if it stops working again, they’ll come back out. I like that. I feel good about Mint.

Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. Can’t ask for more. Would certainly use him again.

The freezer of our subzero built-in quit working. We called up Alex at mint services LLC to assist us. They made a first appointment and diagnosed the issues the next day. At their next available appointment, Alex was able to come out and repair not only the freezer issue but also a refrigerator issue. The pricing was excellent and much less than we anticipated. The whole experience was superb, especially since we had been told many years ago that the issues in our refrigerator couldn’t be fixed. We highly recommend Alex and mint service Refrigerator and freezer repair. Five stars.

Mint was awesome to work with! It's so clear that they've invested in their tech - I was able to easily enter my information and schedule online. I then received text reminders of my appointment, which were appreciated. My technician arrived during the designated window and gave me a thorough report after his diagnosis. I will definitely be using Mint for all my future appliance needs!

So fast to respond, show up, diagnose, have parts on hand, walk through the warranty process, work days / nights / weekends, and costs a little less than the competitors. The two business owners do the work and are very ambitious about getting it done fast and well. Highly recommend!

Alex was efficient, knowledgeable & kind. Came for a service call for our refrigerator on a Saturday, figured out what was wrong, & was back on Monday with the new part to fix it. Communication with the company was also efficient & straightforward, would use them again, if needed!
