I had a great experience with Minuteman. Brian was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. When I had questions about my yard grading project, I emailed Minuteman, and Brian replied within a day. He asked for more details and photos of the area, and then provided candid and professional suggestions. At delivery, Brian walked through the area with me and discussed the project, which gave me confidence that it would work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Unbelievable service. Called in the am, had product delivered that afternoon. All three deliveries took the time to put the product as close to the work area as possible to save me ton of energy. I had a great experience with Minuteman! The person I spoke with over the phone quickly helped me figure out what product I needed, and they were able to deliver my soil the very next business day (Monday). Brian was extremely deft when he backed up the large haul truck up a narrow driveway and was so adept at backing into difficult spaces that he cleared the front wall with room to spare (even though there was a telephone pole blocking the truck’s other side). He took care to dump the soil exactly where I wanted it, and was very friendly. It was a two thumbs-up experience!

Great customer service. Brian is incredibly nice. He brought the truckload of mulch to my house but I changed my mind about the color. He went back to the shop and brought a truckload of the new color and was such a great sport about it. Would highly recommend!

Very prompt and professional. They delivered 6 yards of playground chips with only 24 hours notice. The playground chips are clean and high quality. Pricing was competitive with quotes we received from other local companies.

I had an excellent experience with Minuteman. I talked to Brian on the phone about my order and he was great. He was very willing to help me and take all my calls to answer all my questions! Tracy, who delivered the product worked very hard on my project. He went above and beyond and reiterated, I want you to be happy. Brain expressed the same thing and from the start to finish he wanted to make sure of that. At the of the end of the job he followed up with me to see how every thing went with the delivery.
