I would like to especially highlight the work of the agent, Elizaveta. She was incredibly attentive and assisted me at every stage of the rental process. All my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly.
The studio met all my expectations. The apartment includes all the necessary amenities: a balcony with a view of the city, a shared pool, 24/7 security, covered parking, built-in wardrobes, kitchen appliances, a shared gym, and a cozy lobby in the building.

I’d like to share my experience renting an apartment in Dubai through Mira Estate. The whole process was conducted remotely, and I had access to a vast array of properties. It's worth noting that if you're in search of affordable housing in a desirable area of Dubai, it can be quite difficult to find; prices typically start around 5,500 AED.
I ultimately chose a 52 sqm apartment that comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a gym, a sauna, concierge service, a shared pool, a children's pool, and a playground. Additionally, there’s a complimentary parking space available. I also want to extend my thanks to agent Imran Memon 🤝 🇮🇳 🙏
