This was our second time using M&M. The first time was a beautiful metal roof and gutter system. At this home, we opted for a shingled roof. From first contact with Will through installation, he was very professional along with those that worked on the job. The whole process was smooth. Update 2 years: I’ve had roofers inspect for damage from recent hail storms. The roof repairs are holding up extremely well. The M&M roofing company is highly recommended. They came out and inspected /repaired our roof and siding. It’s been over a year and I would call them again.

If you want a professional roofing company that is transparent do reach out to Will/M&M roofing. During a stressful time after the storm Will gave us time to make our decision-no pushiness and provided all the details we inquired about. No other roofing company did that. Additionally, most roofing companies ask for a deposit before they start the job, but not this company. The end result was remarkable!

Roof started leaking and had trouble finding someone locally to find and fix the leak. Neighbor recommended M&M. William came out and inspected the roof, told me what the problem, and location of leak, most likely were. Gave me a very reasonable estimate. Work crew showed and had the roof fixed within a few hours. William kept me informed of the process throughout. All work was done professionally and for a very good price. Will use M&M for any future roofing needs!!

We had the best experience working with Will at M&M roofing! He came out to assess a leak we had and what we thought would be a whole roof repair (I was dreading that possible news) turned out to be a small flashing repair. The biggest blessing came with the option of us purchasing a warranty transfer. The homeowner before us used M&M and Will was able to help us transfer that warranty to our name and all we had to pay for was the transfer fee. This was a game changer for us and knew immediately this company radiated kindness. The financial savings this gave us was the biggest gift of all. Will and M&M went above and beyond in helping us get everything patched up before a very rainy summer. I couldn't recommend them more!

When my gutter fell, it tore up my fascia board. M&M replaced the damaged fascia with a more durable Hardi Plank. Brian Garcia oversaw the project, which included matching the dimensions and painting to match my existing trim. He provided excellent communication and oversight, resulting in a quality job. I appreciate how quickly M&M responded to give me a quote and get the work done. I've used M&M three times and have always been very pleased!

I delt with William Robb, came to my home in response to my call. I advised him my home home had been damaged. I had damage to my roof and siding. He noted all damage, and said he would call me the next day. True to his word he call me set up appointment for The afternoon. We went over What M&M Roofing & Siding the company he represents would do to put our home back to its original condition. I asked What the terms of payment were. He told me that payment was pay in full when work was completed. I signed the contract and work was completed 10 days later. The repairs looked great, best of all cost less expected.

We had the roof messed up by golfball size hail - the roof and other stuff. M&M took care of everything from start to finish. William Robb was our point of contract. He kept us informed all through the process and make us aware of their policy transfer program, as we are preparing to selll the house. HIGHLY recommend.

I got with him on what type of shingles and ridge vents I wanted. He was able to get all the material I needed and his crew came to my house and finished the whole job in one day. Six years ago we had M&M roofing and siding install vinyl siding in our home. A few days ago high winds pulled off a piece of siding on our upstairs wall.
