Awesome upholstery and carpet cleaning service!! Cleaned all of my area rugs and couches and treated for my pets. Everything is so clean and smells great! He also power washed my patio furniture to a brand new finish!!
Michael was on time, friendly and thorough!!
I highly recommend and will be using them annually since my fur babies run this place!

Mobile Carpet and Floor Cleaning has SAVED MY LIFE!! They are THE BEST! My kitty got locked in my bedroom and went pee on my brand new carpet. We had tried everything to get the smell and stain out, bought numerous enzyme and cleaning products, and Nothing worked! After a week of trying we called Mobile Carpet and Floor Cleaning. Michael came out and explained the whole process to us. Within 45 minutes of arriving he had done my whole room. There is No smell or stain left!! I highly recommend this company!! Ask for Michael!! U won't be disappointed!!

First time using a mobile carpet and floor cleaning and very satisfied. Michael went above and beyond to make sure that our couch and area rug came out very clean. Our couch had a wet dog smell because our dogs love to lay on it and that smell is now gone and the couch smells fresh again. He explained what exactly he was doing and what products he would be using. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you.

Michael did an AMAZING job! My couch was so dirty I have 4 dogs and one of which is a puppy and has had a few accidents on the couch that I could not get the smell out of due to the pee. It no longer smells like pee, and so much dirt & hair came out my couch looks brand new. He was on time, and was SO kind and made sure to do everything perfectly and give me tips on how to clean it the best way possible if my puppy has any more accidents. 10/10 service! Such a nice guy who really cares about his work and the service you will get. These are my go to people now and I will be recommending them too.

This is my second time using Mobile Enterprise Carpet Cleaning services for my office and my first time with Michael. He did a phenomenal job and lifted the three stains in my front lobby from drinks that were spilled out there. The color of the carpet looks brighter. I'm incredibly happy and satisfied with this company and will be hiring them again. Michael was a gentleman and very meticulous with cleaning every corner of this office space. Much appreciation to Jim and his crew. Highly recommended. I just found out they also provide tile cleaning, so I will make my next appointment for them to do that. Can't wait!

My carpet came out awesome. Brent came out and gave me estimate that I couldn't refuse. These guys are a class act. No hidden fees, everything was included in the price. We ended up having our upholstery and tile done too. We will be definitely be calling them back again.

Mobile Carpet & Floor Cleaning has been cleaning my carpets for 5 years now. Michael arrives on time, and is very courteous. He is careful about the hoses not damaging the walls as he travels around the corners throughout the house. And my carpets look great every time!

Tried these guys out for the 1st time. They do a heck of a job. Very professional and do an outstanding job. Punctual, courteous and like to educate the customer. Any questions you have, they go into detail.
Being honest, the only con I would give is that they are on the pricey side. But you definitely get what you pay for. I tried another carpet cleaner company last year and they were in and out in about 30 mins. Needless to say, they didn't do a good job. Not Mobile Carpet &Floor Cleaning. They are detailed

A Mobile Carpet & Floor Cleaning has been my company for 25 years in Chino Hills. They are my only call. This time they cleaned 2 very light couches. They look new, smell great and dried evenly. Called this company for tile and grout cleaning since I had seen them in my neighborhood. Not pleased with the results. I had an area that I showed him that I had cleaned awhile back and what color the grout is supposed to be. Upon completion several areas still look not clean looking and that area I showed him is not looking the same. Told him I did not want the coating on it since I'll redo it. He started pressure washing again after I told him not to and had to tell him several times to stop. Asked him to clean up the water underneath my hutch and I ended up doing it. Still wiping down the baseboards from this. He did the carpet in the living room which I did not ask for. And bumped into a shelf and broke an item I had on there. Sorry this was a bad experience for me because I do see so many good reviews but I would not recommend using them due to my results.

Job well done! Michael cleaned carpet in my bedrooms, living room and hallway. He was very respectful of my home, laid out drop cloths before bringing in equipment and answered all of my questions about the cleaning process. I could tell that he's very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I really appreciate his professionalism. I am very happy with how clean my carpet is now. I would definitely recommend him for carpet cleaning.

Unfortunately my experience with this company didn't end well, and I did not use their service. The price I received over the phone was almost doubled once they came to the job. He was rude while I spoke with my husband about the new price and basically just left. Phone customer service was great but in person not at all.

I highly recommend this company. We hired them to clean the carpets for two rooms in our home, and they did a fantastic job. While there, I asked them to clean the carpets in the master bedroom.Since the rooms were empty, Miguel suggested that the carpets be properly stretched out to get the obvious wrinkles out. We had a tight schedule, so Jim was able to make it out the next morning and did a fantastic job before the furniture was being delivered.We look forward to using them again for our carpet cleaning needs.
