Took my iPhone 14 in to get the screen replaced as it has a SRATCH across it. Came back to collect it and noticed the new screen did not fit my iPhone as i couldn’t see the top bar (time, charge and wifi). I could only get my money back if they got their screen back which was fine but then was told my screen was unusable as it was shattered???? Long story short i never got my money back i can’t use my phone properly the quality of the screen is absolutely rubbish and face ID no longer works properly. £80.00 down the drain.

We visited the Mobile Doctor after purchasing a new phone at the 02 store. The staff at the Mobile Doctor were very helpful in selecting 3 new mobile cases (2 for our older phones and 1 for the new one) as well as screen protectors and a new charger plug, as the new phone no longer comes with a plug. He was also very helpful in providing cautionary advice about using the wrong charger adapter and over-charging the new Samsung phone. I would highly recommend their services. I found them to be courteous, helpful and professional as well as having very competitive prices!
