I had Modern Exterior replace my roof, gutters, and fascia and I'm very happy with the result. They were responsive, worked fast, and had a very competitively-priced quote.

Great company to work with!

I first met with someone from Modern over a year ago to get a quote. It was the most reasonable a year ago, but they also weren't pushy when I decided to wait. When we really needed to get this done fast at the end of the year, they got the ball rolling and got this done three weeks after the contract was first discussed. They got the roof done in a day, plus a lot of plywood replacement, a ridge vent, chimney flashing, and working around two sky tubes. They even put two bathroom vents in for us that were covered in the quote, saving some uncomfortable time in the attic for myself. The communication from the front office to the people working on the roof was excellent and immediate. There was a slight issue with a very weak area of the roof, and they called me immediately, assessed the damage, and fixed it, drywall and paint immediately for no extra cost on my end. I have done a number of roofs myself, and considered doing mine as well, but the speed, quality, and professionalism giving me peace of mind is well worth it--even a year later, the adjusted quote was easily the lowest quote out there. The roof looks great. The speed and lack of stress was well worth it! I would highly recommend Modern Exterior, and will use them when I need to do my siding as well.

Great company to work with. Came in worked with my insurance company after a horrific hail storm. Called at 7:00pm night of storm they were there by 7:00 am next day (1/2 hour early) with 4 reps surveying property damage. Owner is professional and organized. They performed work 2 weeks ahead of any contractor in my neighborhood. They worked safety first, very respectful of my wife's plants, unbelievably professional. Would be first LOCAL company I would call if you need a Roof or Gutters.

Kasi project manager, came to our home to measure and offer suggestions I was not aware of for our house residing. She spent considerable time answering my numerous questions and insecurities of our house re-siding. Very patient and respectful. The installers Chris and Zack were very smart and meticulous about their work . They kept in contact with us during their working hours on our house and were respectful of any questions i had. The owner would give us several updates when the project supplies were ready and delivery dates and never left us hanging and wondering when they would come. There projected work dates were accurate. The resided house looks very trim, neat and beautiful. Please check them out for your projects. Pricing was very affordable and lower than other bids we had.

This is the second time that I have used this company for a project this year. I am very pleased with their work performance on both occasions. I contacted them by phone and got an immediate response. The communication and follow through were excellent, as well as the quality of service and the amount of time it took to complete the project.
