Charles quickly came out to our house and diagnosed the AC issue thoroughly. His team was able to come out within a few hours and installed everything carefully. We’re happy with the work they performed!

I had to call Charles for AC cooling issue at home. He was quick to respond and to schedule an appointment. He found the capacitor problem quickly, fixed it the next day, and explained everything clearly. Professional and efficient. I am satisfied and impressed with the service.

We’ve known Charles from Modern Air at Katy for almost 12 years. He has installed a total of four complete systems/units, including in our present house and old house inside the loop. I also have had my parents utilize his services. We have been with him for this long because he is excellent in his trade and GENUINE in his character. Charles does great work and reasonable prices

Modern Air of Katy is great! Charles is very honest, responsive, and reliable. I found Modern Air of Katy through the app Angi. His company workers came to fix my furnace and changed my boiler. They even removed an old heater the previous house owner left behind. I plan to hire them again and highly recommend them.
