Natalie has been fantastic in helping us organising a refinance of our investment property, when our fixed interest rate was ending, and what the bank was giving us was unacceptable. Natalie has been very diligent in finding the best options available for us, and very quick to provide information and reassessment based on our needs. The new loan approval was pretty much hassle free, and Natalie handled most of the paperwork for us (well, all that the bank allowed her to handle).
