Had called for a house service call for our home computer and Peter Nungesser came and surveyed the situation. He shortly diagnosed the problem to be a faulty cable running from the monitor to the computer tower. Replaced the cable and did a complete service check on the computer. We could not have been more pleased with Peter and his knowledge and expertise at finding the problem. He was a pleasure to work with, and we will always call Monmouth Cyber and request Peter for any future computer issues. He has a great personality and was very kind and patient explaining what was being done to resolve the issue.

My Architectural Firm has contracted with Monmouth Cyber (formerly Monmouth Computer) since early 2017. They helped us deal with 2 separate ransomeware attacks years ago and then implemented protective measures for us as well as full time computer workstation and server real time monitoring.
They follow up regularly to make sure that we are satisfied with their services (we are more than satisfied) and respond immediately when we need assistance. If it is an emergency, even after hours amd weekends, all we need to do is say so and they respond immediately.
They keep track of our equipment and advise when replacement should be considered. They help out with equipment recommendations and are always responsive to our budget limitations when they apply.
We are very pleased with Monmouth Cyber and highly recommend!

Our recent experience with the onboarding process provided by this company has been deeply unsatisfactory, causing significant disruptions and setbacks to our operations. As we attempted to resolve the initial problems, we faced a series of recurring fixes and errors. The troubleshooting steps provided by the support team were often ineffective or incomplete, leading to further delays and frustration. All of which WE were charged to fix. From the outset, the onboarding process was marred by numerous issues. It became clear that the onboarding process had fundamental flaws that needed to be addressed. The ongoing issues with the process have had a devastating impact on our business. We have lost valuable time and revenue, and our customers have been left frustrated by the disruptions to our services. Our experience with the onboarding process provided by them has been nothing short of a nightmare. THOUSANDS of dollars later we had to go with someone else who did the job and continues to service our needs with no issues.

Very expensive for what they provided. Did not solve my Outlook account access issue after 3.5 hours and $727! After all that they couldn't even estimate how long it would take, not even a range. I am very disappointed. I gave them plenty of opportunities to make it right, but they have not. The young people they hire are very nice, but not empowered to address my concerns, and management does not have time.

After realizing that I was a victim of an on-line scam, I had no idea of how to fix the problem or how bad the issue could become. Peter from Monmouth Cyber came out to my office on the same day (Friday afternoon in the summer). There were two technician that worked on my two different computers a desktop and a lap top . They were both on time and professional on the two different times I used this service . as a matter of fact I found out my business laptop was hacked . There were perhaps one problem the tech peter kept going outside as if to discuss with someone the contents of my laptop, The desktop I felt had all the incriminating evidence the predators left behind , but he try to extract data but claim he could not, I felt either it was remotely deleted by the hackers or those involved are not those one would suspect and the tech knew this but fail to mention for e.g. respected members of their constituents , washing the hand of their friends .In the interim The hackers seriously affected my future as they purpose was to steal and compromise my business and customers list In the event I did lose my business and had to fight this massive wrong by myself ,done to me by others , as another IT tech had insinuated. I felt the tech knew who the hackers are and who colluded with others who are friends of friends but did not want to reveal as it is those who is suppose to do the right thing for their constituents. and the tech felt bullied . For I requested another service call as the problem seems to still persist but never got one or no call back . The receptionist Leah if that is her real name said they will remotely access , but I felt uncomfortable with this modus operandi , and wanted an in person like they advertise . but its been months and no call or notification from them. The Big man above knows and see everything# Just saying!
