Chuck and his helper were very courteous. We have converted from propane to natural gas. The new water heater works great. Chuck tried to convert the gas range but was unable to figure out the right orifices. Online information about sizes is not readily available. Chuck also converted my shop heater to natural gas. That also works great. The boiler for our house however is another story. Not the fault of Moore Mechanical. But additional work now needs to be done to put it in good working order. Unfortunately all this adds up to much more expense than we could foresee.

Moore Mechanical was hired to do the HVAC on our new build. From the start I should have known.:
1. The in-floor 1/2" tubing job they did for in-floor radiant heat was awful. My kids could have done a better job. It was so bad that the concrete guys wouldn't pour until they cleaned it up.
2. The manifold for the install was sideways and at ground level. Upon completion the use of multiple PEX connections within an 18" span is just lazy poor workmanship. They kept coming back to refill the lines for the pressure test so that it would pass inspection when they knew there was a leak but chose to not fix it.
3. Two techs left the job with a known water leak from a copper pipe for the day with water leaking into another room and under the tub. When I called to complain the gentleman on the phone (I believe he said his name was Steffen) he was nothing but defensive of their poor work. He finally admitted to not being aware of the job but never backed down from making excuses for their poor labor practices.
4. Evaporator coil drain line was hooked up improperly causing a backup and draining to the floor. They came out and fixed it and admitted to their mistake on this one. No complaints for admitting fault and making this item right.
The majority of the time you would get a different tech out working on the job who would sometimes admit that they had no clue where on the job they were coming to "pickup where someone else left off".
NO MOORE MECHANICAL......find an actual reputable company who takes pride in their work and stands behind it.
( I welcome a response from Moore Mechanical, as they have ignored my concerns thus far)

FYI don’t do business with Moore Mechanical! They came out in April to fix furnace, which is only 10 years old. Cost me $174. Four days later they came back with part, a new gas valve. Cost me $745.
Then when it’s time to turn the furnace back on in November it’s going on and off. I call and they tell me they will come out but charge me extra because it’s weekend($230). I say okay, see you Sunday. Then they call and said it would be early Monday morning and it will save me money. On Monday morning before Matt, got there the furnace came back on. They came out and charge me $555.05. He replaced the Generic Silicone Nitride Hot Surface Igniter, which they noted was in poor condition. Not sure how that happens since the furnace was served in April. Matt said that he couldn’t find an issue as to why it keeps going on and off.
The next day the furnace goes off again. Less than 24 hours later. I call and they tell me that I have to pay for another service call, which is crazy! He came out on Wednesday and replaced the Motherboard, $590.28. He says that’s not the problem now and will be back tomorrow. He comes again and fixes it on Thursday . He replaced the gas sensor, for free since I paid to replace it in April. I also believe that the price on the Motherboard is marked up exponentially. Looks to be a $100 part.
Friday night it goes out again. I called the emergency line at 5:30pm, got a return text at 11:00pm. Said Matt would contact me in the morning and now I will have to pay $500 for the service call and they really recommend a new furnace. I replied that I was unhappy with this solution and their customer service and to not bother. Someone then texted me at 2:30 in the morning!!! How completely unprofessional.
I called Pluger Mechanical out of Manton. He came on a Saturday. He knew right away what was wrong . He charged me nothing and replaced the part for $100. It’s nice to see that there are still good people out there.
Matt calls me on Tuesday, December 10th, to talk about a deal. He never even asked if my furnace was working. I’m think it’s regarding my unhappiness with my service. But no he was calling to make a deal on a new furnace. I don’t need a new furnace!!!!
I feel like Moore Mechanical is trying to take advantage of a widowed senior lady who knows nothing about the furnace. My furnace is maintained and is not that old. I paid for $1145.33 for part and service that did not fix my issue. Yet after getting the new switch which was less than $100 from Pluger my furnace is running fine. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and share my experience with my Facebook friends and yelp.

I had Dustin here last week to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. He had to go under the trailer.He was done within an hour. Today I had Tyler here to cut and put a heat register in the bathroom. He also had to crawl under the trailer. He was done in a great time. They were both so nice and neither complained about crawling under the trailer. I would definitely recommend this company 100%. I had Moore Mechanical do my gas conversion and purchased/install a new water heater. Could not be happier with their work. They were very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. They informed me step by step what to expect and what the timeline would be. PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.. I wanted venting for a range hood, so I contacted Moore mechanical, so Antonio the estimator gave me an estimate without coming out to look at the job, I was hesitant but agreed because I was in a rush to get it done, the day of the work being scheduled, Antonio sends me a text saying they can’t come out till 2 days later and after my kitchen cabinets are already installed. This Antonio and Moore mechanical are very disorganized, this has to be my worst experience ever dealing with a contractor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL 100% GET THE RUN AROUND. I can’t speak for their work because they didn’t do the work. But just from the way they are so unorganized I would think the work would be shoddy as well.
