Our 4 ton, 18 SEER central a/c was serviced and two surge protectors were installed. He also checked on our attic fan. Something went wrong with the gas furnace. I called them and a tech was at our house in just two hours. In less than an hour, he diagnosed the problem. A motor had died. The next day it was replaced. We only paid for the labor. The motor was under warranty.

Very professional, clean and efficient

I called Moore mechanical this morning and they had a technician out the same day. Isaac was polite, thorough and overall did an excellent job diagnosing my furnace issues. Once he identified the issue, he asked me if I wanted him to come back and repair the issue in the same day! Which of course I said yes. Now I’m sitting cozy in my warm house all thanks to Isaac!

We found Moore Mechanical to be a very professional organization. They were courteous and responsive on the phone. They knowledgably answered our questions and were extremely helpful. They scheduled a technician to come on-site and fix our furnace problem the next day. We called them Christmas night and the technician arrived the morning of December 26th. The technician was Ron Trevino. He was super nice, knowledgeable, thorough and a true expert in his craft. In addition to fixing our furnace, we purchased a maintenance contract because of Ron. We will continue to work with them as a vendor and highly recommend them.

Definitely 5 stars for the care Christian put into my HVAC job. I had a flexible duct replaced. He was friendly, timely, and efficient.
