Moraine Lake Sunrise Shuttle was the highlight of our mother/son trip to Banff. And we caught the last shuttle one of the season! Mark and Christine are incredible humans, working tirelessly to provide what is for many, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We rode with Christine to the lake and she shared all her takes on what to do and see in Banff. She was kind, welcoming and made sure we were all comfortable. We were given blankets, hot drinks upon arrival and she walked us to the best viewing spots as well. We got incredible treatment from start to finish. Even if you don’t get to see a full vibrant sun, it’s worth the cost and trip! Watching the night stars fade away and daylight breaking on the mountains over the lake is a truly magical and breathtaking experimce. One we’ll never forget. Thank you Mark and Christine!

Cristine was 10/10 the best tour guide. We travel frequently and we found her to be charismatic, kind, helpful and fun. Cristine was more than happy to share her favorite spots to eat, hike, and explore. Booking this tour was way better than just taking the shuttle up as she provided blankets, headlamps, and hot beverages to take up to wait for the sunrise not to mention her expert tips and pointers were incredibly helpful in finding a less crowed touristy spot ;)

This was definitely worth getting up early for. I forgot the name of the driver (from Scotland), but he had plenty of useful information about the area and history of it. And Mark the photographer fit in lots of useful tips and help in the short time we were there. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

We had the absolute best time on the Sunrise shuttle. Christine was fantastic and so thoughtful during our experience. The warm blankets, hot chocolate and coffee were such a blessing since we got to experience an unexpected surprise of snow! I would highly recommend this tour and would 100% book through them again! Great service an hospitality. The sunrise shuttle took us out last week to Lake Moraine. They are very punctual, they actually arrived at our lodge early. They provide blankets, headlamps, and hot beverages, which is important on a cold September morning. Unfortunately, on our visit it was raining and snowing at Lake Moraine (but they can't control the weather. And when you're booking months in advance, you're flipping a coin). However, we found out the blankets are water proof. Very smart. About 30 minutes before our shuttle was scheduled to leave, the heavens openned up, and there was a beautiful vista of the lake with peaks freshly covered in snow. It can only live in our memories because we didn't take a photo with the drizzly conditions. On the drive back, our driver chatted with us about the local wild life. Apparently Woverines are making a come back in the Moraine Lake region. And they will drop you off at Lake Louise if you request it. Just make sure to book a return shuttle on Roam Transit!

Mark our guide and Banff local of 20 years was enthusiastic and informative. It’s the little things. We were given warm blankets, hot drinks and head lamps. These guys go above and beyond. A very smooth operation. The hot drinks were even served in branded insulated mugs. Also love the feel of small, intimate groups tours. Glad we didn’t have to sit on a bus with 60 people. These guys will pick you up anywhere from Canmore to Lake Louise too! Highly recommend!

Excellent tour in every regard. If you prefer small group sizes and attention to detail this is so much better than other options available in the area. Great bus, guide (Mark - fantastic!!), communication, and nice touches like blankets and hot drinks to take to lake with you. I hate waking up early but this was so worth it. Def recommend

Sunrise at Moraine Lake was breathtaking - highly recommend. The shuttle service was efficient and you arrive with enough time for a hot drink (which you can take up the rock pile because it’s in a thermos with a lid).

Absoultely worth Every Penny and More. Highly recommend this shuttle service as they go above and beyond. Pick up was on time and staff absoultely friendliest you can find. Hot morning drinks served in Mugs and the warm blankets are Fantastic. I went in a group of 9 and all were accomodated for. The add-on photography workshop was well worth it. Mark is a proffesional all the way. Great Tips, history lesson and what to do all there. He took his time to get to know me and what level of photography i was at, he then built on that.

We are so happy with their service. We called and texted to possibly change our date and the place for us to be picked up as the date we chose was supposed to rain all day. They returned our call immediately and accommodate the change we requested. Its so nice of them to do that. Everything was great, even the hot cocoa they provided was just tasted amazing! My husband had a photography workshop with Mark this morning which was excellent although the weather was not what we expected - sleet & very chilly. He learnt a lot from Mark & he is really pleased with the photographs he took. They have really captured the atmosphere this morning. He would definitely recommend Mark's workshop. PS I enjoyed the peace and watching the changing aspects of Moraine Lake & the surrounding mountains while hubby was doing the workshop 😊.

This shuttle was awesome. It was way beyond our expectations . The driver Mark was very knowledgeable about the area. He was also very interesting with all of his experiences from around the world. We also splurged for the photography workshop and we were not disappointed. His knowledge of landscape photography was extraordinary. We learned so much. I would highly recommend this. As a side note, he also catered to an emergent bathroom stop on the way back lol. Thanks so much Mark for being awesome. Oh by the way have him tell you about what happened to the boss.

We were gifted the duel tour for our honeymoon and from the word go we have had the best experience. The email communication was fantastic and super helpful. On the morning of our pickup we met Josh, our driver and ‘unofficial’ tour guide. He gave us great recommendations for both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise to help save time and beat the crowds. He was super friendly and really helped make the trip special.

If I could rate this experience as 10 stars, I would. Our guides were absolutely awesome and not only provided a fantastic experience, but helped us with tips for our overall Banff experience, including ideas for restaurant, hikes, activities, and more. They answered every question we had and it was so wonderful to talk with people who want you to have the best experience you can, not only on their excursion, but throughout your trip. They were two of the best guides my mom and I have ever had. We were so grateful for this experience and would absolutely do it again with them.

I am so grateful that my wife came across the recommendation for Moraine Lake Sunrise Shuttle! Our family had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to the Moraine Lake Sunrise Shuttle services! It was literally door to door service that included hot drinks and a boxed breakfast (and even time to nap on the way to Moraine Lake). We were picked up from our hotel, taken to both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, provided hot drinks, a boxed breakfast, and even provided blankets to use for warmth and as seats, and finally dropped off back at the hotel to complete the full experience. Our driver, Eoghann (pronounced "Yowen"), was very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. Eoghann provided us with great tips on picture locations, potential trails to take, and even insight on less crowded locations to take great pictures. Our experience visiting Moraine Lake (during the sunrise) and Lake Louise using the Moraine Lake Sunrise Shuttle services was a definite blessing and highlight on our trip and something that I would highly recommend EVERYONE make the time to take. You will be extremely thankful you were able to see the beauty of both Moraine Lake (during the sunrise) and Lake Louise without any of the hassle of attempting to get to these two locations (or even worrying about packing/buying breakfast). Moraine Lake Sunrise Shuttle has clearly taken the time to put a great package together and it was time and money extremely well spent! The only regret you might have is if you miss visiting Moraine Lake and Lake Louise use the Moraine Lake Sunrise Shuttle services, especially if you are in the area and hope to visit these two memorable locations! Arrived with ample time to catch sunrise! 100% recommend. The little extras are appreciated. A blanket and tea or coffee are provided once you reach the lake.

Once in a lifetime experience! I was so moved by this experience and felt so at ease and stress free. Shawn was great, and we had an amazing time. The owners were responsive, accommodating to my gluten sensitivity and even my 4 year old had an amazing time. Thank you so much!!
