Sturdy construction, easy temperature control
Not a pellet-electric "set & forget" smoker. This smoker requires some occasional babysitting to keep the temp/smoke as desired for best results. In my opinion, the "set & forget" BBQs take away from the fun of manning the grill. Once the firebox is stable, it's easy to regulate the temperature with the intake/exhaust vents. I've cooked on my Moss Grills smoker multiple times with outstanding results...and HAPPY taste buds & tummies! Thanks again to my Navy Chief Brother, Fred Moss!! Throwing some baby back ribs on tomorrow!

Had the privilege and honor of having Fred Moss deliver and assemble my amazing double barrel smoker / rotisserie grill which was a wedding gift from my cousin. Best wedding gift ever. Fred is fantastic and so is the grill! Been using it every day since he set it up and I could not be happier. Telling all my friends. The customized logos and grill cover are fantastic !

Best smoker for my needs
The experience with Moss grills from ordering to delivery, start to finish has been professional and with the exact expectations. The work of the grills looks great and has fit my needs since 2018. The price is great based on the amount of work I've done with it. I am very satisfied and when I'm happy with something, I promote it to everyone I know.

Just got my grill delivered on Friday 8/4/23. The delivery was professional and curious. The grill was delivered and assembled with detailed instructions larger than expected with plenty of cooking and store space can't wait to us it ....

We ordered our grill a few years ago towards the end of covid. It took a little time for us to get it but mister moss was in touch with us every step of the way. It was well worth the wait. A beautiful product for years to come!
We ordered the single barrel grill with the offset smoker. It is beautiful crafted and obviously high quality. We highly anticipated receiving this grill and Used it the first day we got it. We were not disappointed but elated with the outcome of our smoked meats and all the cool features that come with the grill. We know that we will use this for many years to come. Mr Moss was easy to communicate with when ordering. He gave us a nice tutorial on how to use the various features. We were so impressed with how functional this grill is not realizing some of the features that were present such as the coal catch (so easy to remove the charcoal ash). You couldn’t ask for a better product or a better business to support.
