Debbie and Jodie are the best! I appreciated their attention to detail throughout the process of buying my most recent home. Their advice helped me sell my home quickly and in the winter. I was so happy with the service I received. I never felt stressed because I knew I was in good hands. I knew I would be as Jodie also helped me purchase my first home and it went so smoothly - even when dealing with all the first-time unknowns. Jodie is a pro! Moka not only helped us with our referral, but supported our local realtor on the sale, provided a good 2nd opinion on understanding the market, and did the homework to find us a notary all the way out in Japan over New Year's vacation so we could finish up our house sale while we were traveling abroad. Who would of thought that buying a commercial property in Rossland, while residing in Australia could be an easy process....Well ...enter Moka and her amazing above and beyond mindset through the whole process of the negotiating, arranging building inspections, video calls to Australia to suit my time zone, and constant communication through out...from beginning to end Moka has been the best real estate agent i could have hoped for :). Super mucho happy with Debbie Schwartz at Mountain Town Realtors in magical tiny Rossland. Her and her team offered local no stress services, with a real personal approach. Felt like the had my back always. On the spot advice with the best valuation for my home. Even in this somewhat slower market, things moved allong perfectly. If youre lucky youll meet Sitka, Debbie's sweet golden! Felt good to keep it local, being a local. It quite a big move selling youre home, Debbie was always available for "counseling" when things got a little stressfull.
