Once again, I’ve been absolutely delighted with my experience using MOV8’s estate agency services. A special mention goes to Sean, the incredibly talented photographer, and Rory Murray, my dedicated Sales Consultant. Rory was always just a call or email away when I needed him, and his professionalism and expertise truly stood out. He kept me thoroughly updated throughout the entire selling process and offered fantastic advice every step of the way. Rory is a real credit to MOV8, and I’ll genuinely miss our interactions. Highly recommend!

Kim, Abbie, Scott and Grant have done a sterling job in both advising me on the sale of our flat and arranging the Home Report. They have shown great patience during a prolonged sale process (with delays entirely down to us!), delivering an excellent result. We have used Mov8 in the past and they will be our first choice in any future sale.

The onboarding was excellent, the sales team were atrocious, but the conveyancing staff (especially Tara-Mae) were exceptional. We did consider moving estate agents. While the property is on the market, you speak to so many different sales staff. It is a different person each time. There is no personal phone number to a dedicated person in charge of your property. Prospective buyers have also commented on how bad the process for booking viewings is. We ended up putting our phone number on the sales listing to handle viewings ourselves. Doesn't that defeat the process of an estate agent when you're doing everything yourself? We originally accepted an offer, but the buyer pulled out when they realised they had to pay second home tax. Incredibly, I had to explain how the second home tax worked to the person phoning me about the offer about how it can be reclaimed. This was at 4.45pm on a Friday, and they promised to tell the buyer about this and phone me back right away, but they didn't phone back until the Monday, by which time they had moved on. There were numerous times Mov8 made me incredibly angry with their slow responses, and if you phone them back, its a new person you speak to, and you have to explain time and time again what is happening. The sales team is summed up when we had the flat under offer, and they sent viewing requests. I called them to stop these requests and the guy said "Oh, I didn't realise your flat was under offer..". Is that what you want your estate agent saying, when they don't know what is going on? The conveyancing team is the only thing that is keeping me from writing a one star review. Given the time of year, I'd take one of these 3 stars and chuck it in the air, and let it guide you to a more professional estate agent.
