MrChimney installed chimney liners and a fan in our chimney today. The receptionist , Austin, was very helpful in setting up the appointment and also answered questions about working in the rain. They came on schedule to check the flues. When they determined that one flu was cracked and leaky and the other was clogged with fallen ceramic flu liner Francis, the lead technician offered to come back the same evening to do the work. He came again on schedule with around 6 people and finished the job in around three hours leaving NO MESS. They had to open a wall and closed it very neatly leaving no dirt or other signs that work had been done. The men worked well together and were friendly to us. A very professional team that were knowledgeable about how to perform this project. They had no hesitation to work in cool rainy weather. I would strongly recommend this company to others.

I have used Mr. Chimney for a number of years now. They are easy to work with, prompt and efficient. Francis did my chimney clean this year. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and worked clean. I would recommend Mr Chimney.

Francis Pinto and his team member were amazing. They were clean, timely, and efficient. Such a friend crew as well and very knowledgeable. We have a woodburning stove and not many people service them. I will surely be calling them yearly.

Very pleased with the professionalism of Rey and his coworker. They did a thorough inspection & sweep of both the boiler and wood burning stove . They were respectful of their surroundings, quick with service, and left not a trace of debris. I highly recommend Mr Chimney should your heating elements need a clean.

Excellent service. Pleasant, helpful and prompt

Came to my house for a $150 chimney clean. Was there with a vacuum for 10mins. Broke part of the damper for the boiler. Couldn’t use the heat until they came back the next day. Would not use these guys for a cleaning, not sure what else they can do.

I reached out because I am a new homeowner and I did not have anyone to clean and inspect my chimney. Booking the appointment was very easy and the person on the phone was amazing. The day they came, Rey and his coworker were extending professional and courteous in everything they did, making sure they did not leave a mess. Their work was clean, extensive and they were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had for them. I am confident that my fireplace is safe to use for the season and I’m looking forward to their services in the future.

Francis came by to look at what I thought was going to be an expensive job. Not only was it not expensive, it ended up that I didn't need it at all! Finding honesty like that is rare, and for that alone I have a new chimney guy to be loyal to!

We needed an inspection for our chimney, and Mr. chimney was great! We ended up needing more than a few things done to bring it up to code, and I had an estimate in my email the same day! Rey was extremely knowledgeable and explained absolutely everything to me that I needed to know about why the chimney wasn’t up to code and what we had to do to fix it. He and his partner came right on time and were nice, respectful and easy to talk to. I would recommend Mr. chimney to absolutely anyone who needs anything done with their chimney and fireplace!

I was very happy with Rey’s (Mr. Chimney) work ethic and honesty. He thoroughly cleaned two chimneys and after he examined the third chimney, he explained that it did not need a cleaning and he did not charge me for one.
