Mr Fridge was fast and efficient and reasonably priced. Was able to repair my fridge on the same visit to diagnosing the issue. Only issue I had was the tech told me $350 was the cost but called his boss to check on the price after he had already started the replacement process and tell me the cost was actually $475. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and paid the difference.

Julian that works near Bonney Lake was fantastic. He knew exactly what was wrong with my fridge and got to work right away. The repair was thorough and he worked quickly. At no point did he try to upsell or gouge for extra/un-needed services. I would definitely recommend.

Alex and another technician, who I unfortunately didn't catch their name, came into my workplace to diagnose our commercial walk-in freezer. Both were extremely kind and professional. Their prices are reasonable for both part replacements and labor costs. They had an extremely quick turnaround, coming in the next day after I contacted them. They diagnosed the issues quickly and repaired everything the same day, as they had all the equipment on hand. This is a great company that I would highly recommend, especially for those who need prompt and reliable service!

Had Alex and Igor come and fix a resident’s air conditioning. They were super friendly and able to get the job done in under 20 minutes. Had conversations with the resident and myself while doing a fantastic job! Highly recommend them for any appliance issue!

Sasha did an excellent job fixing our Samsung fridge.. he was up front about the problem and the cost. The cost was less than $300 for what looked to me to be an extensive repair. Sasha was professional and left the fridge clean and properly working before he left. He cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend them to repair your fridge. I looked up 6 or 7 fridge repair companies near me on the L&I website and they were the only one with a current state license and insurance. They did a great job. I’ll use them again the next time we need a repair.

Great experience

We had Mr Fridge come out on the 6 th of Aug. Our compressor went out on our 7 year old fridge. They ordered the part, which did take two weeks to get. Sasha came out and put the compressor in, plus put a new water line on for us, since ours was leaking. Sasha was very kind and did a great job. Thank you very much. Great job.
