Our hardwood floors needed some repair for scratches made by some movers. Cory from Mr. Hardwood did a beautiful job making the scratches disappear. We were very pleased!

Profesional, down to earth and made the floors in my house look amazing. I called Mr.Hardwood to repair and refinish the floors on my house before putting it on sale and he came through and exceeded my expectations. Fantastic experience with Mr. Hardwood! Taylor got us set up to receive a in person quote from Ricky on the same day I called. We moved forward with the project of fixing some damaged flooring as well as sanding and finishing our entire main level. Gabriel and team completed the job and holy smokes were they amazing! They took great care of my items while moving furniture, explained every step of the process with me, followed up to check in, and made it known they want to provide exceptional service to me. You can tell Gabriel goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done right. His attention to detail is incredible. During the process, Taylor followed up a few times to ensure everything was going as planned. My floors turned out incredible and the customer service provided was top notch! Corey and his team provided exceptional customer service, while their experience prepared them for the challenges we faced with refinishing an engineered hardwood floor. During our project I had a medical emergency and the team jumped into action to get emergency medical help and stayed with me until it arrived and transported me to the hospital. The team continued their work over the next few days and when I came home, I had a beautiful floor. We were blessed to have found Corey and his team. Thank you Mr. Hardwood!

We had a great experience with this company. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The new luxury vinyl floors have greatly improved the look and feel of my house. I would happily contact Mr. Hardwood again for future home improvement projects.

This was the first time we used Mr. Hardwood but it won't be the last. We wanted to add more hardwood to our existing hardwood and wanted it to match as close as possible. Ken and his crew came when promised and worked extremely hard to match our flooring and pattern. Things didn't always go well but Ken displayed much confidence to me that his crew that they would not stop until we were happy with the way it looked. HIs crew did much more than I would have expected. Once it was completed it looked terrific. When the crew cam back to touch up a few spots my wife pointed out a few spots which looked as though they were scuffs. His crew did the entire surface over until it was perfect. It wasn't clear how the scuffs got there but it was never questioned, they worked at it until we were satisfied. With this type of commitment to exceed our expectations there's no reason I'd call anyone else to do work on my hardwood floors.

Mr. Hardwood Inc's service, professionalism, delivery and work ethic are absolutely amazing from the quote to the finished job. They came in and cleaned up a mess left by another flooring company. Mr. Hardwood knows their business and have the staff to see that the job is done right. We will use them again for our flooring needs. Highly recommend them!

I called Mr. Hardwood to install carpet and tile as part of a kitchen restoration insurance claim. Paulo, the tiler who came to the house, took his time with the task. One of my sons happens to be an Inter NACHI home inspector. His turn to write : I moved the level around the kitchen floor in different directions and was surprised to find it perfectly even. The Carpets have tight edges under the baseboard and corners. Both look great. The thing to know about the tile is that the kitchen tile wasn't level before! The carpet job was a small one so only one person, Ramses, did that work. He was very professional in every way. When the original carpet was installed, we had areas where the carpet would continually come out from under the baseboard in spots. Very glad it won't be a problem in the future! Furthermore, due to mobility issues, I wasn't able to be physically present as the men worked. That means that both Paulo and Ramses are dedicated to excellence whether anyone is watching or not. That's what above average workmanship means! The claim process with the insurance company was long and drawn out but Taylor, my contact person at Mr Hardware was always very courteous and professional. She replied very quickly to every question whether by email or phone over the long months and helped out in whatever way she was able. I highly recommend Mr. Hardware for all your flooring needs!

Hesitant at first to commit to the floors, however, once they completed it, it does not even look like the same home! It changed the entire look the quality of their work was outstanding! Joel and his assistant were very punctual and very efficient and took care in moving all of our furniture, wrapping it Completing the job and then replacing all of our furniture to the exact location. We noticed that he had taken pictures of all of our furniture and where everything was located down to the sound bar from the TV and it’s connections. We would highly recommend this company 100%!

I had them install laminate flooring in my two bathrooms and kitchen and dining room and foyer and laundry room, very poor quality of work was done, flooring cut too short in hall bathroom, every wall he work in he scuffed them up and damaged some of my base boards .I sent over pictures and they’re didn’t do any , sent over the bill for final payment .I called Taylor and was told , they expected him to destroy my walls and base boards. This isn’t a company I would hire again, I have to hire someone to fix what was damaged. My home is a barely a year old, I had just had my eleven Month nail pops repaired and touchup painting was done.

There are not enough words to describe the positive experience that I had with this flooring company! From quote to installation to the finished project every step was very professional. At least one person followed up everyday to be sure I was happy with the project as it moved forward. The owner, Cory, even arranged for other contractors to come and work on non flooring projects. They really helped make what seemed overwhelming much more manageable. I definitely recommend this company! Many thanks!

I am extremely happy with the professional service and outstanding work provided by Mr. Hardwood. Corey and his crew worked diligently to repair chips, loose planks, and dried glue from a previous company's installation. His team then buffed and applied polyurethane. Corey was punctual and professional. He did an amazing repair job on my red oak floor. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to give me different options for the flooring on my new house and what best suits my needs and my budget. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Corey did a great job on repairing my damaged tong oil hardwood floors. He also repaired a large gap between two boards that had been looked at by two other hardwood flooring companies who could not repair this separation. Within 5 minutes Corey made it look brand new! I would highly recommend Mr. Hardwood and will refer this contractor to my clients and friends.
