*Update**
After completing the below positive review and giving a 5 star rating my wife and I noticed blue scattered spots on our base molding and some areas on our walls. We noticed these spots a few days later after inspecting the floor more closely. My wife tried to clean the base molding but was unsuccessful. I then reached out to Aaaron asking if he knew what the stains were and how to clean them. Aaron asked for pictures which I sent right away. After sending the pictures I sent 2 follow up texts because Aaron had never responded to me. I have still not heard back from him and its been about 2 weeks. My wife and I are now stuck having to paint our base moldings and walls due to stains from the chemicals he used to clean the grout. This is not our first house or our first time having our grout cleaned and have never encountered this issue before. We gave him a 2 star rating because the floors and grout are clean but his professional manner is horrible
Beware if you decide to use Aaron and his company Mr Steam Lux. Unfortunately for him I will not be recommending him or using him again.

We had Aaron Semmens from Mr. Steam Lux clean our carpets and tile and we are very happy with the results. Aaron set up an estimate with us, was punctual and we felt his estimate was fair. We are in our house eight years and no matter how much you mop and clean the floors, grout still gets discolored. Aaron made them look brand new again. We are very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend his services.
