Cutter at Meadows Garage Doors is our new hero! The appointment to get help with our door that we couldn't get open with the pull rope was promptly and very professionally setup by a very courteous lady on the phone and scheduled for just a couple of hours after I called. Cutter contacted me and asked if he could come by even sooner than the appointment was scheduled for! I said of course and when he got to our garage he had the problem completely solved and everything reprogrammed perfectly in just a few minutes. He recommended other structural repairs and completed them within a short amount of time. Everything works great now and I appreciate this company's professionalism and extreme efficiency.

Same day service for no expedite fee. Super friendly and efficient front desk. Rafael, the technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything and gave several options. Truck stocked with items needed to solve various problems ! Recommend!

Brett was wonderful! He came out to evaluate what was needed and provide an estimate on the day I called for service. He was able to come back the following day and install it. He took the time to explain how to use everything and made sure I was good to go before he left.

We've been using Meadows for a while now, and I highly recommend them. They previously replaced the mechanism on one of our doors a few years ago and Brett Markum recently came out to do the other. He was very prompt, efficient, and really took the time to make sure I understood the work being done, and how best to lubricate and maintain the door going forward, which I appreciated. He did great work and went out of his way to go the extra mile. I definitely appreciate him and the entire team at Meadows!

I had a fantastic experience with Brett Markum from Meadows Garage Doors! We had an issue after hours and I had left a message with their after hours messaging. They called me first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment for that day. Brett was able to contact me and come out even earlier which was so appreciated. Brett was extremely knowledgeable, walking me through the issue with my garage door and explaining all my options in a clear, understandable way. What impressed me most was how honest they were — there was no upselling or unnecessary work recommended. The pricing was very reasonable, and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. I’m really happy with the service and will definitely call them again for any future needs. Highly recommend Meadows Garage Doors!

I'd like to commend Brett Markum from Meadows Garage Doors for bailing me out of a jam when my old garage door motor decided it had nothing left to give. We called Meadows Garage doors who we have used multiple times over the years and they quickly dispatched Brett Markum to our house. Brett had quickly diagnosed the issue with the 14 year old unit and had it removed and replaced with new state of the art unit within two hours. Gone is the violent opening and closing due to inadequate rails and here is whisper quiet, appropriately installed new ones. Brett was extremely knowledgeable and professional and provided a complete tutorial after he programmed the remote as well as the garage door features in two cars. Thank you Brett!!

I called them on Monday morning and by noon they were at our home working to replace an inexpensive garage door opener with a Lift Master that works well and quietly and even has a camera! The MyQ app notifies me when the door is opened and closed and shows me who it is! The installer program the buttons in our vehicles and installed a new button pad to replace the one that kept breaking on us for no apparent reason. We are so happy with the work performed quickly, effectively and efficiently.
