Great customer service and very professional!!!

5 ⭐️’s for Dion @ MSI Credit Solutions alone for transparency and relationship building. Didn’t make me feel like a client but part of the team wanting to achieve the same goals. Fully understanding that we all have a part to play in this credit solution journey. Looking forward to posting future results.

I was told they couldn't help me and recommended paying partial credit card debt. This is not at all what is advertised. Not what I needed especially since so many derogatory marks on my score are inaccurate, which I explained in depth.

There are literally no words for how grateful I am to MSI and the team that helped me so much on cleaning up my credit score and getting me back on track for where I want to be. Extra thanks goes to Chanel who was always available and helped me so much with this whole process. She made sure I was knowledgeable on what to do going forward, got all my questions answered and was just great overall through this process. The team made it easy to submit my paperwork and were really responsive to any inquiries I had. After collaborating with them for over a year, my experience has been somewhat disappointing. While the customer service was consistently polite, the only tangible outcome was the removal of two months of late payments from my credit. Unfortunately, despite the friendly interactions, I didn't witness any substantial results, leaving me with the perception that I may have invested my money without seeing the anticipated benefits.

Jackie R. was extremely nice and very helpful. She explained everything into full detail and answered any question I had. I am extremely excited to be part of the MSI team and see all the improvements towards my credit.

I was referred to Dallas by my lender to repair my credit to a place that would better my options as I prepare to purchase my future home. Dallas has been an amazing advisor which by putting me at ease and making sure that the work would be done seamlessly. He was very informative about how the process works and would pause and check in with me to be sure I knew exactly what was happening so that i felt comfortable with the process. He made the process fun and exciting and I already am in a better place after one month of just being able to understand my score better after he did an analysis and shared with me all the details that you would miss when self reviewing your own credit. Dallas also shared so many tips and tricks to continue to better my score for when i decide to stop the service once i reach a score that i am happy with.
