I purchased Nokia Purebook from Mtronics with 1 year warranty. and in warranty period we face issue with Laptop ( Not power on ) so we submit the laptop to Mtronics in the month of September and we are continiously followup with there team memers , Sales Team and there owner Mr. Mahendra but still we have not got any support . Since we have purchaed this laptop for our office we decide to take and legal action again Mtronics for the same. Becuase the support which we are getting is pathatich . I will not recomend Mtronics becuase of unprofesional way to treat the customer.

One of the best refub laptop provider. I am been customer from last 5 years and they are good in providing after sales support. I have sent laptops to my cousine who are in gorakhpur and vapi. No complaints from them. however, I also got replacement, once my laptop got damaged within a week. Very good response and never got into any arguments.
