Fantastic and authentic taste of Spain. I've been twice and really do look forward to my next visit. Tasty, beautifully presented small plates - vegetables, meat and fish. Service is good - attentive and timely. You'll be talked through the menu and given a menu based Spanish lesson. Excellent local business, go and enjoy yourself.

Hidden Gem and the highlight of Ashton .! Authentic, outstanding. Five star review. A real taste of Espana’ The fish dishes stole the show for me personally. Mussels, scallops cooked beautifully. Hot, fresh, crispy calamari. The baked cod was sensational and something to write home about along with the cod fritters. Homemade aioli divine and crispy patata’s bravas wonderful. Cosy, warm, welcoming atmosphere, great music, wonderful friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Beautiful wine and excellent drinks selection, finished off with dessert and great coffee. Highly recommended, We will definitely be visiting again. Very happy customers. Thank you

Excellent venue - all the popular favourites -potatos bravas, pil pil gambas, chorizo red wine, spanish ommelette etc were available and done well. It was midweek so unfortunately my choices weren't available as opposed to a well stocked weekend or in season. However our hostess , Maria an original Barcelona native , suggested tasty altetnatives that went down really well. Eager to satisfy she kindly accepted the challenge of making a baraquito - multilayered coffee known in the Canaries , but not at all common on the Spanish mainland or Catalunya as a finisher for me. It turned out as one of the finest I've had. Thank you very much for an enjoyable experience and would definately return - in season next time for me though ! 😁

What a fantastic place and would 100% recommend. The food was outstanding, in particular the spinach omelette. I have never smiled while eating healthy food until now. The staff and service was brilliant and I am already planning on going back! 6 months later, I am still returning and enjoying the experience. The team are lovely and the food is great. If you are after a quick eat and go experience then visit KFC or Subway next door. If however you want a meal with friends or family that is not rushed and has the emphasis on quality and authenticity over speed then you will really appreciate this place even more!
