The issue has now been resolved, but it took over a month and required multiple follow-ups. As a client, this raised significant concerns. Our primary issue was not the pending amount reversal itself, but the post-sale processes, practices, and grievance resolution timelines, which are crucial to us. The Head of the Service Department, responsible for managing the resolution, was not proactive—there were delays in responses, frequent unavailability, lack of updates on any blockers, and abrupt call disconnections when we attempted to discuss the issue. Such experiences raise red flags for clients. However, with the intervention of top management, quality service has now been assured, and we are hopeful that similar situations will not arise in the future.

As a returning customer, one expects consistent support. Despite the premium price, I’ve noticed cost-cutting, and the Service Head has been unresponsive—often disconnecting calls, showing little interest in addressing concerns, and failing to follow up via call or email to provide updates. It feels as though they expect their explanations to be accepted without question. This unprofessional experience has been disappointing, and it’s crucial that loyal clients are not taken for granted.

I have been using One head weigh filler machine from munky international (Shekharson Technologies) for the last 5 years. And, the experience is sheer amazing. The accuracy with which the machine does the job of weighing is phenomenal. Wastage of material in weighing is reduced to almost zero.
