They did a great job! They did what they said they would do. They were on time and demonstrated confidence and competence in solving my plumbing issue. I will keep their number and definitely call them if I have any other plumbing issues in my home.

Needed a repair promptly and R&R made it happen with little notice. I've used their services on at least a couple of occasions and their plumbers are first rate. Highly recommend them.

R&R did a great job of installing a new water heater for us. Turner was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Upgrades were installed to bring things up to code and I plan on many years of solid hot water delivery from our new Bradford White. Thanks again!

Turner from R and R Plumbing was great! We had several projects that needed plumbing as part of a kitchen/bathroom remodel. R and R was quick to schedule a free quote at our property. They are very competitive price wise and were able to work in our timelines. Turner was knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly to complete our project. We had a kitchen sink removed, new faucet, dishwasher aerator, and garbage disposal and faucet installed. Also a pedestal sink removed (for new flooring) and re-installed with new faucet. He also replaced several old valves.

Based on Yelp reviews, I called R&R after we developed a leak in a goose-neck kitchen sink faucet. Brandon G. came by, said we need a new internal hose and then figured out what we need. He placed an order for one. The manufacturer, through no fault of R&R, was extremely slow to provide the part. It took seven weeks! Feeling bad about the delay, R&R replaced the hose complimentarily. Brandon and his assistant would not accept any cash for their work. That is old-fashioned, dependable customer care. R& R went above and beyond. We are loyal R&R customers for life.

Had what I thought was serious issue in one of my sinks and ended up being an easy fix for Jimmy and Christian. Their customer service and expertise were greatly appreciated. They were very professional and are definitely an asset to your company. Due to their service and expertise we are going to schedule a future appointment for another issue we have here.

Brandon was great! He explained every step of the repair. He said he was going to finish the repair before he finished the jolly rancher he was eating. He did! And the repair was flawless! Thank you Brandon! And R&R Plumbing!

We have used R & R Plumbing for several jobs, tankless water heater, halo water purifier, and garage disposal installation. In addition, we recently had a leak near the water main. We called R&R Plumbing. Tom is our requested plumber, he is thorough and knows his stuff. Tom is a true professional always on time, and we trust him to give us an estimate of what we really need and not try to sell us things we don't need. It's hard to find an honest Pro like Tom. We recommend R&R to our neighbors & they had a young man named Jonathan and they were happy with him fixing a leak under their sink.

Mike did a great job diagnosing the leak and was fast and effective with the repair. He explained everything well and was very professional.

Not only were the repairs completed on time and with high quality, but he is also always very communicative and open to sharing different options. Pricing is also competitive with other companies in the area. Our go-to company for any plumbing related needs, highly recommended.

Daniel was great and fixed my issue. However, the cost amounted to about $500 per hour charge - he cut out about 4-5 inches of copper pipe and replaced it in about 30 minutes for a charge of $249. Yes, I could have refused the service, but needed the leak fixed. Also, responses to phone calls made to their office were answered many hours later, if at all.

It's been four years since I first reached out to R&R Plumbing, and I continue to trust them for all my plumbing needs! I've relied on them for everything from shower leak repairs to water heater installation. Every plumber they've sent out has been extremely knowledgeable and honest. However, in this review I'd like to highlight the incredible customer service provided by Christian Huaracha. I reached out to R&R most recently due to a strange odor coming from our shower drain after showering. I was promptly scheduled a next day appointment with Christian. He arrived within the designated arrival window, and got to work right away. After his inspection, and given the age of our home, he recommended that we proceed with hydro jetting. After completing the service, which took approximately 2 hours, the smell had been eradicated and our drain looked good as new! We thought this issue was finally behind us, but unfortunately a few days later the smell returned. Hydro jetting had seemingly reduced the strength of the odor, but there was still hints of it after showering. We have a four month old at home, so it was imperative to us that we permanently resolve this issue. I reached back out to R&R and they were able to get Christian back out the next day. He was very apologetic, and informed us that hydro jetting almost always resolves the issue we described. Given that it hadn't fully removed the odor, he was determined to get to the bottom of this for us. After further investigation and going through the process of elimination, he was able to locate the true source of the smell. He discovered that there was mold buildup under our shower door railing (see attached photos). Water had been able to seep under the railing due to an improper seal at the time of installation by the previous home owners. The smell was horrendous once the railing was lifted, but Christian made quick work of cleaning the entire area to ensure the smell wouldn't spread throughout our house. We now have a squeaky clean drain, a mold free tub, and couldn't be happier! Christian went above and beyond expectations to ensure this issue was resolved, and we couldn't be more grateful. After this extremely positive experience, I will absolutely continue to rely on R&R Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and recommend them to all friends and family. If you value a company that does right by its customers, and offers great service at a fair price, R&R is who you should trust!

Brandon did a great job. He was honest and had great customer service. He found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. The pricing was good and I didn't feel like he was trying to overcharge me like previous plumbers were for the same issue. I will be using R & R anytime I have a plumbing issue. Thanks Brandon!

Christian was awesome! What seemed to be a simple pipe blockage turned out to be much more but he never gave up and eventually got it cleared. Will definitely use R & R Plumbing againd and highly recommend them...especially Christian!

Had couple more people come before them but all pointed out there is no issue with water heater. So called R&R and they came to service electric water heater. Figured out issue was with thermosta. Had right away replacement parts. Looking for next time service, with them. The value seems do be fair price.
