Super disappointed that the team that has been running Air Today for years are no longer running this company. After years of trusting our home to Dawn, Tim and Tyler- we will follow them to their next opportunity. I wont do business with owners that cant keep their word to their employees.

We brought our mini split 10 yrs. ago through Air Today, and never had any problems. The installation went smooth , the installers were great!! Lately we had a minor issue, Logan the service Tech, came at the appointed time, did some diagnostics, was very professional, took care of business, with some recommendations. This company and their guys are exceptional, Thanks, Richard

I don't think there's a more knowledgeable pair of HVAC technicians in Charlotte than Tim and Tyler. Not only was the work done speedily, but they explained the problem with my zone board in a way that I was able to understand.
These folks saved me a lot of money and it was a pleasure working with them. I would highly recommend.

Tyler is a very knowledgeable, charismatic, and thoughtful technician. He helped us fix and diagnose our new HVAC unit quickly and efficiently. When talking to him about the repair details, he demonstrated a high level of knowledge about the technical inner workings of HVAC units, physics, and thermodynamics. He is the smart guy you want to trust. You all have a customer in me for all my needs in Charlotte! Thank you guys.

Dawn was wonderful!! When our air suddenly went out in the hottest part of the summer she helped me quickly come to a resolution, since the part was on backorder for over a month. We had a new unit within 5 days and were happy with the service! Thanks so much Dawn and the Air Today crew!

Jamie and Tyler came to my house to install some vents in my garage they where both extremely professional and finished the work very quickly i would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work

My service with Logan was top notch. He was informative and thorough while performing a diagnostic of my air conditioning unit. He took the extra time to look at all options of improving my underperforming unit and explaining the details so I was in the know. Caleb did a great job checking out our AC unit to make sure it was running properly right after it stopped working during a recent heat wave. Gave good advice for things to keep an eye out for and offered to come diagnose it again at no charge if it stops working again this week. With the hottest days of the year these last few weeks this is very helpful.
